To whom it concerns,
I've definitely heard of you, all of you. The Navy claims your remnants of infected forces, but from what I've observed on the battlefield, it's not the case. From what I've seen on my own, the Navy command is blatantly trying to get a lot of good people I serve with killed. Now, normally I'd just say this is stupidity. However, from the datapackage I found in the Navy database, alongside several strange happenings I'll go into more detail in person, it seems Harmony's claims against the Navy are more than likely true. Given this realization, I come to you. What do I need to do I'm willing to fight for the good of Liberty against the infected Liberty Navy?

If what you're saying is true, help us help you. Give us a reason to trust you.
If you want to gain our trust, you'll have to follow these steps. First, you're going to need to transfer all available Database files of the Liberty Navy that you have to us. Building on that, you're going to have to leave Liberty, and soon, the Navy will be after you, if what you say is true.
Leave New York, and make your way to the Ontario system. Head to grid-marker 3G, and engage a Sub-Space Sonar Ping on frequency A172-B. You will continue that ping for a period of two minutes.
Once you're given over that initial ping, you'll head to the Cortez system. Dock on Curacao as a civilian, and have a drink at the 'Sundown Lounge', you'll be passed further information via this channel at that time.
