We believe it would be of great interest to you if you would agree to grant us legal license to pirate ships inside and exiting/entering Gallic controlled space that are a benefit to the Gallic Forces; a privateer endeavor utilizing a letter of marque. Working for the Bretonia Government, we wish to inflict damage where you may not be able to reach easily and any blame shall not fall towards you.
