I was born on the planet New London in the New London System, from a young age I'd always envisioned crossing the stars and exploring the galaxy, battling the vicious pirates across Sirius and defending the people. Through my entire childhood the only thing I ever wanted was to own my own spaceship and ever look back.
Once I turned 18 I began my pilots training, within a year I had passed my course and finally... Me, me of all people were seriously able to fly my own ship, I couldn't be any happier then I was that day, for once I could live my dreams. My mother knew how important flying was to me, after all my parents paid for me to go to flight school and on my 20th birthday they bought me my own ship; a DSE-720 "Camara" Civilian Freighter, I was both shocked and in awe of her, she was the most beautiful ship I'd ever laid eyes on... That may have been because it was my first ever one but either way this was the day I could begin my dream.
I became a small time trader, moving from system to system getting what ever money I could and everyday my mum would call me and see how I'm doing, always offering to send me some money to help me thought the tough times. But each time I told her: "I have to make it on my own mum,"
I stayed as a trader for about 2 years, slowly moving up in ships getting the next best one I had even bought myself a CT-53 "Heron" Civilian Train, until one day, I was carrying medical supplies to the base 'Java Station' in the Tau-23 system and I was stopped by an outcast Gunboat, of all things to stop me with it had to be a freaking gunboat... He demanded that I gave him 8 million Sirius credits or my life would be over... I was so scared that day, terrified in-fact I tried to stall as long as possible, I didn't even have 8 million on me, I wasn't that rich. So i told him that, but it wasn't good enough he began to open fire on me... My cockpit was shaking, I had hull breaches on multiple decks and I prayed, and to my surprise a group of small pilots all with [CR] painted on the side of their ships came to help, I was shocked, why would people who didn't even know me even bother to try and help me? as the fighting began I thought best to leave as quickly as possible just in case these new 'saviors' only came to help so they'd get my cargo, so I ran, fled towards Tau-23.
Once at Java station the [CR] Showed up on my scanners again, they asked me what I was doing and why was I in Tau-23, so I explained my situation to them and to my surprise the [CR] are protectors for the IMG. Once I knew that and saw how bravely they fought to protect me I knew what I wanted to do, so I scraped together all the money I could and bought myself a CTE-6000 "Eagle" Civilian Very Heavy Fighter It was a beautiful ship, I wont bore you with the whole 2 years of me flying escort but after that I spent 1 more year as a Miner for the IMG, It was too slow paced for me, not something I could enjoy for my entire life so I got in my Eagle and flew straight to liberty, I heard that the Navy might be recruiting and here I am; 25 years young, hoping to be able to have the honour of joining the Navy to help protect the innocent traders and people of the Liberty systems and to repel any and all pirate attacks.

Born and raised on Denver, Colorado, in a middle-class family. Both parents were working for the Liberty Navy when Tiffany was born, which led to the problem, that they were barely there for her.
Thus her parents hired a babysitter who took care of Tiffany for the time being. Despite even properly knowing her parents, she still loved them. Surprisingly, she wanted to follow her parents footsteps to join the Liberty Navy.
However, she was neither classified nor did she had the needed courses to join the Liberty Navy. On top of that she was still way too young. Eventually she searched for something else for the time to pass by until she could join the Liberty Navy. She specifically searched for something that would be helpful for her future job in the Liberty Navy. Finally she joined a university to achieve the medical studies to be able to work in a hospital. It took her a few years to finish it completely, but luckily she was successful. With the completed studies she applied for a place in a hospital on planet Denver. She got a job as nurse rather fast, since they were badly needed in the hospital.
She was good at her job, but it wasn't really what she planned or wanted to do. She merely did it to have a certain advantage and to pass by the time. Once she was old enough, she began attending the flight academy. Noticing that she didn't manage to keep up with the work in the hospital and the academy, she eventually had to quit one of them. She quit her job at the hospital and fully concentrated on the academy to finish it as soon as possible with a good result and the best quality.

Born on Los Angeles, his mother died shortly after he was born from disease which could have been prevented, had the shipment of drugs not fallen foul of the Xenos who hijacked the convoy. Raised by his father, a Liberty Navy Pilot stationed on the Yukon, where he could be close to his young son, he spent as much time as possible learning about the ships which he hoped, one day, to be piloting.
His father was killed while patrolling in the California system when a flight of Liberty Rogues jumped his patrol. The young Sinclair was hit hard and, having just qualified as a pilot in his own right, quickly qualified for his Freelancer license as soon as he was able, wanting to leave his home behind for a while as he pieced his life back together. With the deterioration of the Rheinland relationship and possible problems with Gallia and increased tensions with Kusari, he now feels able to enlist and help defend his homeland.

Upon opening the file and reading through it, the experienced eye can quickly make out the various text passages and number tables, describing a promising recruit for the Navy. Of course, those standard parts of a graduation profile are quickly read and soon the interesting parts at the end of the folder, recommendations, notes, warnings and the like, quickly appease the eye.

Final notes: This recruit was a bit of a mystery to me at times. Highly sensitive, gentle and empathic, this woman seems ill suited for combat and the strains of battle. Weak in duels but strong in group fights. Works well with authority and command structure but cannot function without personal freedom.
I think I have not entirely understood this recruit to this day, but somehow she seems to be able to work with herself and after some initial trial and error, so was I and once I was, this recruit turned out to be a real gem. Here are my insights:
This recruit is a think outside of the box type. She likes to improvise on the fly. Be sure to give her the room to play that strength.
She is also highly sensitive – utilize this “weakness” to the advantage of the team. This recruit works like an advanced sensor beacon. During flight performance tests she somehow sniffed out danger and traps before anyone else did, foiling quite a few ambush missions I had programmed. Be sure to consider her intuition which leads me to…
This woman is a survivor. Not only of the perils of her past but also of combat situations. Again, make use of this! If you need a message, data or anything delivered out of a combat zone and back to safety, this pilot is your woman for the job. No matter what I threw at her in survivability tests in the flight simulator, she made it out alive in 9 out of 10 scenarios. Be sure not to waste that talent with making her stay in combat when her instincts are telling her to get out.
To summarize: Sensitive but great potential. Treat with kindness, handle with care and give room to play her strengths. And get this recruit in a bomber at earliest convenience for best results.
