Battleship Omaha
The battered unit recovered from the damaged transport sat in a chair inside a small interrogation room off the main lab room. She appeared to still have the same bout of corruptive tissue connected to her face, the separation forming a jagged line from her left eye to the bottom of her right cheek and down her neck. She was cuffed to the chair, blunt red eyes focused on the metal table before her. She didn't seem amused at all, rather upset that she was, again, caught in the clutches of a force she didn't understand.
After a short while, a marine walked into the room, no weapon in hand and no plates behind his body armor. However, he did have a pistol clasped to his leg pouch, and a knife on his arm. He eyed the synth for a moment before smirking.
"Enjoy the trip?"

Nicole entered the room, though out of uniform, sporting only her uniform ants and a hoody, holding a coffee cup in her hand as per usual. "So.. what exactly do we have?"

"No idea.. She's snipped at me with her teeth every time I've tried to get close."
The girl glared at Nicole, red eyes beaming.

Nicole glares back with her golden eyes. "So, who are you? You have a name? Why'd you attack that transport?" She asked, walking over to the soldier.

"I am called 'Lyncis', but many prefer 'Lyn'.."
Her voice was somewhat distorted, the blackened corruptive material likely having seeped inside.
"You are Prower. Nicole. Young. Married. Foolish..."

"Foolish? And how do you know any of this about me, who sent you?" She asked, staring at Lyn, curious.

"Yes. Foolish."
The light in her eyes dimmed a bit, still glaring at her.
"You told me your name on the transport. You have a ring on your left hand. You are attempting to reason with what cannot be reasoned with."

"Nobody said I'm here to reason with you. You'll tell me what I want, or else. Now who sent you after that transport?" She asked, sitting and staring at her. "And what the hell is up with your face?"

She eyed Nicole indifferently, blankly staring at her.
