Just as in the title, kick and give capable people the government position to rp.

Lets stop this stupid bias and hostage takeover by people that clearly dont care to rp.

Also on a side note, replace leaders who dont rp with people that do. Ty

Oh wait, this is Discord. The standard duration of role play is 3 minutes before a fight.
Currently there are no rules about "house governments ", only that they are a player group construct. The only place they are identified is on the matter of who creates house laws.

You could have LN or LPI alone representing the government, and it would be valid rp...

In the same way there is nothing enforcing a "government " as a rp entity, there is no justification to remove people from that honorary position. A different case from factions...
