There seems to be a situation with Lily Austin, we are unable to reach her after she didn't show up for work yesterday. We have tried several times but is not answering any calls. Would you happen to have any alternative means of contacting her? Missing planned flights is something we cannot allow as some valuable customers ended up with delays due to this. You understand the urgency of the matter.

If you find a way to contact ms Austin or know her whereabouts, please let us know as soon as possible.

long time no see, isn't it? Glad to see you managed to climb up the business ladder. If I remember correctly, we met when you were working at the reception of the Gold Rush Casino Hotel at Playa Lagun?

Anyway. This is highly untypical for Miss Austin. I'll try to get in touch with her, but I can assure you, Miss Austin is a reliable person. If she didn't show up for work, there might be an external reason for it. I'll try and find out what that might be. She isn't talking of anything else than her job and how she loves it since her application was accepted. Let's hope it's nothing that can't be corrected.

And how are you recently, Miss Dorner? Maybe you could tell me a few stories about what happened in the recent years. I'll be on Curacao in a few days. Up for a coffee?

From what I have heard she did an excellent job. People here had their doubts due to her Pittsburgh background but she proved to be social and better educated. In short, she surprised us all in a pleasant way. It would be a shame if something bad happened to her and I do hope it is nothing too serious.

I do remember it as if it were yesterday when you walked into the lobby with your students but I'll spare you the details. When you are here just give me a call and we'll arrange something.

I'm afraid I was right, there was indeed something external preventing Miss Austin from coming to work. Sadly I can't tell you much more for now but we're trying to solve the issue. I just want to assure you Miss Austin is not responsible for this.

Please, if necessary, send me a list of all expenditures based on absence of Miss Austin. I don't want her to carry the consequences for something she can't be blamed for.

Do not worry about the cost, we have insurances for these kind of situations. You however sound uncertain on when this will be resolved so for the time being I will put her on leave in our system but if this last forever we will need to discuss what else do with this. We also need to make sure this doesn't happen often if at all in the future as we need reliable pilots, I am sure you understand.

Don't get me wrong, I am concerned and I really hope she is okay and that you can resolve this. Knowing you however, you always have a solution for everything so I trust this will also be resolved.
