I see that there is no need to introduce myself then. Good to know it wasn't only the Unioners and Guild members that saw the little skirmish that occurred in Sigma-13 recently. Your video transmitters were not mistaken at all. After the majority of the Unioner forces were destroyed, one of their ships managed to escape through the tradelanes to the Frankfurt system. While we concentrated on an Outcast ship that was already making troubles, the Unioners brought their cruiser into the system, which forced us to retreat. I am currently on Helgoland to help to inspect the damages that have been made but so far, it looks like everything is in order again. Your services could indeed prove to be really useful, considering how often the Unioners are probably going to be a nationalistic nuisance in our space. Then there are also the frequent Corsair and Outcast raids going on, I don't want the Sigmas to turn into a playground for all kinds of scum. I assume you have a little fleet of repair ships then, if you want to be extremely useful, a few fighters and a repair ship would be good to be stationed on Helgoland. If only a repair ship is available, that's fine as well, but more guns is extra helpful.

I apologize for the delay of these answers due to a lot of upcoming things for the Guild. These "Cultists" are no longer present, as it seems. I haven't seen one of their ships in a while, the sudden appearance of a lot of Rheinland Military ships and other filth due to the currently present anomaly must have scared them off. Kishiro has already been called for assistance regarding Helgoland, the station will be upgraded so it can sustain morepossible damages. Further repairing services are of no need, arigato.
