Greetings leaders of the Omicrons!


We are the Independent Contractors Guild (ship markings ICG-xyz), a group of Freelancers who decided to coalesce their efforts to get bigger-better jobs as well as to help out each other in all aspects of Sirius-wide travel. We believe the Zoners will understand this well. As such, we wish to begin construction of our base of operations within the Omicron Chi sector - firstly a small cargo outpost to make sure we're never short on supplies or safe ports on our most common trade routes.

That said, we'd like to present you with the following offer.

- We will allow all Zoner and The Order ships to dock and trade at our outpost in the Omicron Chi sector.
- We will provide The Order and Zoners with all information we gather in the Omicron Chi sector concerning their respective enemies.
- We will provide a permanent discount of -20% for all our services and a -10% discount on our manufactured goods.
- We will help (if possible) in defending Order and Zoner installations in the following sectors - Omicron Delta, Omicron Xi, Omicron Kappa from hostile attacks. *
- We will provide help to any Zoner and Order vessels that we see under duress. *
- We will allow access to our production facilities at a nominal price.


- We will not engage in acts of aggression against any Order or Zoner vessel or installation.
- We will not in any way deal with Nomads (other than shooting them down), Nomad artifacts ** or any other form of alien tech.
- We will not provide any intel to hostile factions.
- We will not provide technology to hostile factions.


In exchange we'd like to ask for the following:


- Assurances that no hostile actions will be taken against our installation.
- Help in defending the installation if attacked by factions at war with you.
- First shot at any hauling or mercenary contracts you might wish to outsource.
- Allowances to transport illegal cargo in Zoner & Order controlled systems. ***

Should you agree to this Provisional Agreement all parties involved retain the right to re-negotiate the terms.
Failure to comply by any party would begin the reparations process in which appropriate compensation will be decided.
Any agreements between parties involved with any other groups will have no effect on this agreement unless it's in direct violation of terms of the Provisional Agreement.


* Please note that due to our delicate maintenance of rep we might not be able to provide military aid but we will spare no efforts in humanitarian aid (incl. ship repairs, nanites, battery charges, fuel, etc.)
** We'd like to discuss the possibility of doing Artifact and other dangerous goods transports for your organizations.
*** Our most profitable trade routes are delivering untraceable arms to The Order. We are happy for provisions limiting goods we can carry.

Your request was brought into consideration by The Order Overwatch General Assembly.

The Convocation is not entirely ruling out possiblity of allowing constructing a base in the system, so far as you are able to justify and answer questions that had been milled over and over among us.

First, what are your plans and contingencies for prevention and defense against Nomad infectees and outright assault by Nomad forces who are known to be acting rampart in Omicron Chi? This is crucial to both short and long term existence of your potential installation as both threats are lethal.

Second, what kind of business you insist on to do within Omicron Chi? There are no known resources to be extracted of and system itself is not part of any logistic chain for any of the neighbouring factions. Our scouts reported back that it is also unlikely it will change in the future.

Third, specify your terms. To be precise, what apparent contraband you wish to transport though Order space, for which reason and where to? Your intiial request bears no clarification concerning what it could be and until such matter is resolved satisfactionary to The Order we will be unable to commit or sign any treaty.
