I am sending this message to notify that one of your vessels, specifically the {AFC}-The.Huntsman[B] was found in violation of Rheinland Law. Specifically sections

Exceptions are as follows:
§2.1.1. Cryer Pharmaceuticals and its affiliates are for medical purposes licensed to carry an unlimited amount of Human Organs and Stabiline.
§2.1.2. Rheinland law-enforcement authorities are allowed to transport confiscated contraband to relevant stations or planets for further investigation.
§2.1.3. Other regulations regarding the shipping of certain goods may be implemented after official publication on the Communication channel.
§2.1.4. The following regulations are implemented in case of contraband possession:
§2.1.4.1. All contraband must be always confiscated and handed over to relevent station or in case of non-human contraband destroyed on site.
§2.1.4.2. Violator is obliged to pay 1.000 SC fine for every cargo unit of contraband, however minimum sum is 250.000 credits regardless of the amount of contraband.
§2.1.4.3. In case of 5 cargo units of contraband or less, law enforcer may waive from issuing fine and use only formal warning, if he sees fit.
§2.4.1. Violation of orders given by law-enforcement authorities’ representatives.
You are hereby ordered to pay a fine of 60 million credits to RFP|SEK-Willemstad for the charges of Obstruction of the Federal Polizei and Trafficking of Human Organs, If said fine is paid within 72 hours it shall be reduced to 45 million credits payable to the same neural net account. If these requirements are not met within 14 days, all vessels affiliated with The Archangels Fighter Club will be considered unwelcome within Rheinland Territory and barred from entry until further notice by use of any means necessary.

As HQ does not know much of the situation, we would like to ask about the 10 + 7 million fine concerning "removal of a Polizei Asset from a needed zone during a conflict" and " wasting Polizei resources". From the received evidence, we do not see a Unioner, nor do we see a chase happening between the cruiser and the transport nor do we see any munitions used, nor do we see a zone in conflict.

The Club would like to make clear a few things.
The Club would like to contest the fines of 10 million each plus the 7 million on the basis of it not happening.
As seen on the evidence, the ship was not moving. It was staying still at a jump gate. About 500 m to be exact. The 3 slides show the ship looking in the same direction, as you can tell by the cloud formations, and you can see that the AFC ship always traveling towards the cruiser and then entering the gate. You can see that when the AFC ship is entering and already using the gate, it is asked to hault. The AFC ship waited on the other side for some time before resuming course. It had stopped as requested but the captain did not pursue it. It did not move. Its speed was 0.
1) The AFC ship did listen when it was ordered.
2) There was no Unioner ship in the area and the cruiser was not pursuing a unioner as it was standing still.
3) There was absolutely no fuel or ammunition wasted.
