I would like to bring to you attention the action of a operative with in your ranks. While My vessel Goddess Shizuha was parked out side the Ames Research Station A LPI vessel entered the Stations Cone of influence. I had stated that he was well outside of his ZoI which ends no more then 10k from the Colorado gate of which he agreed. This Operative was Danny Cohen. He was less then professional and warning me that Kusari and Liberty do not allow capital ships in there space. I had told him was have permit to use Kusari Space freely and then questioned me to show him proof. The permits we have with the Kusari Government is between me and Kusari and is not under questioning by him. Also during this encounter he was talking to himself as if there was another in the vessel with him which we found strange seeing it is a single seat fighter. We as the Abh Research Group would take measure to prevent this from happening any more.

This pilot seemed unstable and we do not want to have to react in a measure that would cause a loss of a vessel and pilot due to poor judgement on his part. We are Zoners but we will not hesitate to defend the civilians, scientist, and crew of our vessels. This is not a matter of a threat, but a matter of fact. So we Again we ask you to please handle this matter. We respect the no fly within 10k of the Colorado gate and wish the same from your organization
