As im sure you are aware of who i am, i will not bore you with my introduction. Not long ago i came across a ship of yours bearing your Identification mark however the designation of the Vessel is BGH|. They seem to go by Battle group Hyperion and one of them stumbled into Liberty Space. To be more exact Manhattan. I am not sure if you are aware of this organization coming from your sector of space but they seem to lack the intelligence of basic communications. As you are aware we are allies but we announce ourselves before entering one another space. Its courtesy am i correct? Now i'm not pinning this as your fault, just merely informing you of what transpired in the hopes you can "inform" this group not to breach protocol. Military assets need permission to move through Liberty as do Liberty Military assets through Crayterion.

I have to inform you Fleet Admiral Richard is overseeing an operation at Tau-44, therefore he is unable to answer you himself. I am his secretary Amanda Taylor. I oversee day to day matters when he cannot deal with them himself.

I have read your communique and i shall inform appropriate military channels about the "incident". Hopefully we wont have such incidents with secondary battlegroups again, i personally find they are hard to control sometimes...

Also, you are right about that having to get permission from one another before moving to their space, we are aware as well as you on such "courtesies".
