CD Ammo - Mephistoles - 08-25-2017
I have noticed CD ammo limits have been reduced. This happened while I was...away, and so I am uninformed.
Can anybody explain why this happened and what lead up to it? I think this is something that should be discussed.

Reinforced CD 70 -> 65
Why? What did that 5 ammo change and why was even a second wasted on such a pointless change?
Also the Nomad version of the Reinforced was nerfed to 50 ammo, while it should be 65.

Whenever you pvp Oustan|Aoi, Ciripano.Adamari, Cerulean.Reaver, or James.White be sure to constantly CD the target and drop mines likeprotege until you win.
Wait sorry you were asking why they got nerfed and not how to nerf them.
