Good day!

I, perhaps, am in vain to begin this conversation, but still...

Today I was conducting a patrol in the space of Freedom. Arriving in the Colorado system, I found an unknown object with an indentifier of the Bretonia Intelligence. I took an interest to verify that it could be. However, the object used a camouflage device and disappeared from the radar. This alarmed me.

Suddenly I noticed a ship from Forlorn Hope. He was heading to an unknown destination. I decided to follow him. I saw a hole in Ontario. I made a jump. Strange as it may seem, I again found on the radar of a pilot of the Bretonia Intelligence. I asked stop him arguing that I am with peaceful intentions. But I was ignored and this pilot used the trade line.

And now the most interesting thing: the pilot from Forlorn Hope used mines to disable the trading line, and he himself followed that pilot. When I reached California, I flew to the Cortez system. The Forlorn pilot tried again to disconnect the trading line during the time I used it, but he did not succeed. In the system, Cortez wanted to use the trade line in the direction of Manchester, but... Again, the Forlorn pilot helped: he used a mine to turn it off, and he headed for the planet Curacao.

Blackburn.

This is all very interesting of course. However, allow me to be frank. You directly endangered a high priority mission being carried out by the allies of Liberty, and almost blew our chances of success by drawing attention to the areas we were in. In lieu of such extenuating circumstances, I'm sure you understand that we had to undertake measures to prevent the situation from spiraling out of command. On a further note, I will remind you, respectfully, that the allies of Liberty do not need special permissions to travel through its borders. I understand your only wish was to carry out your duties as assigned, but considering your actions almost compromised your own allies, I can safely assume that the current outcome is the best possible one.

[font=Orbitron]Greetings
Forgive me for being blunt but I am unaware of your name. Still, to the matter at hand, I must first begin by telling you that whatever business the aformentioned agent was conducting in Liberty is classified. Rest assured in the knowledge that what he was doing does not, in any way, shape or form, harm Liberty. Also know that the Directors have spoken with the agent and internal disciplinary proceedings are being carried out.

However, it is my understanding that under section IV.III (4.3) of the Liberty charter of intersteller Law (The section that governs the admission of Foreign Militaries and Intelligence Agencies to Liberty space) Her Majesties Intelligence service maintains the right to enter Liberty. Furthermore, I understand that the agent in question did in fact seek permission to enter, but was ignored. This of course does not excuse what he did, but all the same a negative answer is still better than no answer at all. If anything has changed in this regard, I would ask that you tell us of these changes as soon as you can.
