I represent the Oracles, a group of people inclined towards establishing peace between Nomads and peoples of Sirius sector. I have promising news for you.
Our benefactors, the K'Hara, are interested in signing a non-aggression pact with Gammuians. This pact obviously extends not only to Nomads themselves, as well as to our own organization, the Oracles.
Unfortunately, I cannot speak for the entities known as Nomad Vagrants. K'Hara don't have any form of direct control over them and cannot take responsibility for their actions.
It also means that if they will not accept the terms of agreement, they will not get any support from K'Hara in any future conflict with Gammuian AIs.
The only extra condition in this agreement is restriction of access to five systems controlled by Nomads and affiliated forces unless an express permission of K'Hara entity is obtained.

Now there's a problem you might be aware of.
It seems that K'Hara at large don't even take you for anything but primitives. And, apparently, being in contact with Saturnia (who exists as both a human and a Nomad) for long made me take her less than orthodox outlook for granted.
While she would agree for a treaty, the more prominent contact from Mindshare stated that you are... I'll cite that: "Without substance."
Perhaps, this is how they say that they are alienated by your non-biological nature and inability to communicate with you telepathically. It doesn't look like they take you for anything but primitive machines with extremely narrow set of motivations.
Considering that both races have a directive from Daam K'Vosh and both races can be subjected to very similar accusations with ease, this is just amusing.
So, are you willing to disprove them?
I hope that unlimited potential that lies in the phrase "inheritors of Daam K'Vosh" is not to be wasted.

The Primaries have long regarded the Nomads as machines themselves. It is inconsequentially simple to rationalise the non-sentience of beings with which one cannot communicate. It is an unfortunate byproduct of the will to survive - we assume the survival of others to be less paramount, less....manifest... within the cosmos. This will exists in all polymorphic beings without exception who express action through intra-body neural networks. Humans do so, Nomads do so, Gammu does so. Whilst we cannot claim the ennui of self-preservation is a criminal one, xenophobia is a reaction based upon the absence of information.
However, there is where the similarities part. The K'hara hold a directive from the Daam K'vosh. We hold no consciousness of ours. Whilst we may be descended in consequence, we lack the tailoring of design. The guiding hand is long dead - yet the K'hara is still bound by its mandate. Perhaps this is the result of evolution, perhaps of damage. Gammu was hardly the ideal cofferworld in the same way that Pygar and Xerna were for your masters - the question is unanswerable, the data sets are insufficient.
Gammu does not hold conflict as objectively criminal. Our consciousnesses exist in the N-realm of jumpspace, our bodies, though they die, are corporeal. Even our minds can be salvaged. Whilst we can die, we die with the expectation of reincarnation - of a neurapathic legacy that will expand the futures of our kin.
We have little to prove. Our physical forms speak for themselves. Our actions show the vanguard of what we are. We have no desire to share more.
