my name is Lidya Kravchenko Nikonova, First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Coalition, our great army has recently found your station within the Omega-9 system. I am already aware of the request you have sent to the Coalition Border Control, it will be answered after this. While a registration to pass our system in the name of your organization is nice and neat, setting up a base in the arm's range of the people's army is not a good idea without prior negotiations, so here we have some demands.
Provided that you can agree to those requirements, you are permitted to operate the base there. We will elaborate its use for the people in the future and see if it is worth being kept.
Star Space Port Permission requirements Wrote:1. Restrict docking access to [Star], SCRA|, [RHA]
3. Advanced production modules and their output may be requisitioned by the Coalition for its purposes at any time.
4: Expansion of base modules should be reported to the Coalition as soon as possible.
Provided that you can agree to those requirements, you are permitted to operate the base there. We will elaborate its use for the people in the future and see if it is worth being kept.

Hello Commander Lidya Kravchenko Nikonova, I believe we spoke the other day outside the newly established base. Let me formally introduce myself, Name is Jake Winslow CEO of Star Enterprises your friendly neighborhood Zoner gourp. We have reviewed your request for the sanctions set forth on our structure in Omega 9 and came to the consensus that it would be best for both parties to adhere to your demands.
Per your demands we have restricted docking to [RHA], SCRA, and [Star] Vessels only using defense mode #1 in our programming of the docking bays.
The Core upgrade of this structure had already been submitted prior to our talks yesterday, but just so you are aware Core 2 is the furthest necessary upgrade needed for this installation to serve its purpose. No plans have been established to build any factories as this is not its function. If we decide to construct something we will, as requested, notify you of such action.
Furthermore, we have submitted our request for Green status into New Moscow and are awaiting the paper work to be processed. This was a demand given to me yesterday during my talks with SCRA out front the new Space Port. More details regarding that can be found in said request on your boarder section page. I hope we can work and live together in peace and harmony, we look forward to doing business with your people. If there is anything else we can do for you please let us know and we will do our best to appease your Coalition.
