Honored representatives of the Republic of Liberty,
my name is Helena Wunderbring, acting Oberst of the Weiße Rose movement and Generalsekretärin of the Partei für ein neues Rheinland. I am representing a recently established Bundschuh movement, that wishes to lead its party and paramilitary to the top to represent the movement in the future. I come to you with good intentions and a strong hope for cooperation. The VWA had special permissions and exceptions within your legal codex that permitted it to be excepted from a number of articles. Although Rheinland and Liberty are nto at war anymore, the Büro der Marineintelligenz fares a cold war of intelligence with Liberty, which is being covered by their propaganda. Therefore, we would wish to aid in counterintelligence. I propose to you the following. The "Die Weiße Rose DWR|" movement will be put under the same exceptions as the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee VWA| except for Section Four, article three, since it concerns the Liberty - Rheinland war. This will enable us to lawfully trade within Liberty's borders, which enables us enough resources to supply the Republic of Liberty with any possible intel we may have. The conditions of the contract that was discussed with the Vereinigte Widerstandsarmee are accepted by us as well, provided that they didn't change. If there is any inquiry or demand that you have, we are open for negotiations, but this permission would mean a lot to us and our movement.

Apologies for the late response, we have been recently rearranging some of our offices. I have to say that it has been quite some time since we last heard from the Bundschuh. Ever since the Nuremberg disaster, there has been little to no contact between the Republic and the Bundschuh. As you already are aware the relations in the past with the VWA were created during the Rheinland war, during which the VWA proved of itself and it's intentions to the Republic in the name of the bundschuh. However, since we've been out of touch for quite some time with the movement, and seeing it back in a new form, we believe that we do not have the sufficient insight on the current day bundschuh activities and direction. Of course, ever since the war, the rationale has changed as well. Right now while tensions with the BDM have been reported by our forces, The Republic of Liberty is at peace with the Bundesrepublik Rheinland. Meaning the Rheinland military is no longer an enemy, and has been rather helpful in countering what I believe is a common enemy of ours, the Unioners.
I will forward a request to the Department of Defense to notify the Liberty Navy High Command to re-establish through their intelligence branch contact with your movement. Theat will be your new contact. Once we get the needed insight, we will see to your request perhaps as a starting point for our re-established official relation.

Guten Tag, Herr Worthington,
a meeting with soldiers of the ESRD department has its best place in the New Hampshire system, where both parties have easy access to from both sides. I should have brought up a few more details about the current situation of the Bundschuh and the Weiße Rose. Before we face your agents, I will leave a bit more information here.
The reason we wish for the same privileges as the VWA is not because we are trying to gain the ideologic and militaristic control over the Bundschuh and de facto push them away from their place. These access privileges are a great chance for our logistical, political and humanitarian departments as well. An example of that is the Blood Diamond trade which is of high interest on Planet Denver, at least according to a few older logistical logs from other Bundschuh organizations. We have easy access to the said commodity, which helps us financing our movement.
I assume you are aware of the situation in Munich and on Nuremberg, a very pro-Bundschuh orientated planet. Our organization aids with the containment and evacuation of refugees from Nuremberg. We currently have a Pilgrim Liner with the name "Zuflucht", that houses about 500 refugees that await their journey out of Rheinland. Some of them stay with us, a significant part of them wishes to be brought to Erie, for a new life. These people need to be transported safely, and while we are in possession of ships that you see as legal, we would often need to send out ships that are not, those ships are of the LWB and the Hessen. I wish this wouldn't be a necessity but we rely on this technology, the ships might be of their origin but flown by our cause.
Not only is information about situations in Rheinland as well as counter-intelligence something we want to provide in exchange for such a permission, we also want to offer our help if it is needed. We are ready to assist the Liberty Navy in operations against the Unioners in Bering and possibly in Liberty with a wing stationed in Liberty. A special response unit can be arranged in the near future if you grant us the exceptions.
