Urgent matters. Pilot flying by the callsign of Kailani."Genoa".Rose claimed to be in Liberty on Council's orders and refused to assist allied forces in our time of need. I require all available data on the pilot and what exact orders that contradicts our pacts was given to her.

Girl was not even trying to hide why she was there. The scans I got showed she was was carrying some of our tagged components we were stockpiling on Cochrane Depot. It got me thinking. This is a too clean in-and-out operation to be done by our usual suspects. If I was to bet money I would put some credits on either KPT or SIS. For this reason I was told that Professorship wants to make an example of this harlot.

SIS involvement in recent hostile infiltration has been confirmed. Operations relied a tip from an informant about Kailani Rose departing Beaumont Base in company of two unknown escorts. I immediately launched and followed them through California, Magellan, Manchester and New London all the way to Cambridge where I found a SIS agent and BAF officer. While I failed to prevent the extraction of Kailani Rose from Liberty, I left four corpses in Cambridge to send a message. I am on my way back now.

Usually, this would have been handled by Signora Martelli, but it seems there is something of a hold up. We had begun starting our own investigation, but of course it was clear from the start that your own methods are more refined and would yield the results quicker. Rest assured that we will be raising the issue with the Bretonians at an appropriate time. The use of Outcast idenfications like that is bothersome to say the least. Now, I believe the issue of the bounty on this person's head is not necessary anymore, otherwise the National Council would have agreed. Signor Bates provided satisfactory results.
