To me, a "Blocade Runner" is a transport that can gun through a blockade. So cruiser or gunboat with bigger cargo that's generally worse at combat than its pure analogues.

When I decide to do a blockade runner i usually pick the barracuda (fastest ship in the game) then pair it with shock deflectors, the null-grav booster, deflection absorption and EMP ablation.
It's pretty much impossible to stop you, if you ever do get stopped you can just slam your booster and your deflectors and fly through anything.
Also EMP flaks to disable the fighters and gunboats.

It's meant to be of cruiser / battlecruiser size. iRPly it can launch 2 fighters/bombers for fast reactions. No special combat equipment.

I like how you kept the model rather simple. Like, the structure is simple, and the repeating ring-formations work well with it. I think Brett would have had more success with the new Persephone model, if it had such features. The support beams are nice, but I think the best about the model is clearly the rear. The almost modular design makes it very exciting to look at and I wonder where that hole leads.
