To: Kyu Akibara, Administrator of the Freeport 11 \\ From: Guildmistress Loyola - Loyola - 10-03-2017 :::[INCOMING TRANSMISSION]::: :::[ESTABLISHING CONNECTION]::: :::[TRANSMISSION STABLE: LIVE]::: ![]() ID: Enma Loyola Location: Durban Station, Omicron Rho Subject: Generous offer ENCRYPTION: INVINCIBLE Saludos, senor Akibara. I would like to avoid official channels, this time it will be private and very secured. And there is a reason for it, we both are in complicated and unpleasing situation. In addition, we can avoid official wording and be frank. So let's take a look on the situation. I bet you want to stay alive, keep lives of your people and integracy of your station. And you do realize that I may crash your hopes soon enough. This is not a threat, senor Akibara, giving my position I will have to. My ambitions are located way up north, I will hang Golanski and reclaim my home. But I cannot act until I have this sort of situation in my future rearward. That means only one thing, I will concentrate most of my forces to deal with... you. We do have NEMP devices and you will remember the last siege like it was the paradise. You for sure remember Jess and Sasaki Kyouko, it's very doubtful that you want to deal with those ladies again. I don't want to waste our people are resources here and you don't want to lose everything. There is an alternative, senor Akibara. I promise that you will keep your position and be fully supported by me. I promise full pardon to the people who did not commit anything serious. I promise giving a chance to leave for those who afraid to be punished. In exachange for the peace offer and giving us right to clean the Freeport from the criminals and terrorists. As you see, no one can protect the Freeport 11 properly. We will provide security and prosperity, once you let me to do it. Please, deliver a message to the Omicron Supply Industries Board of Directors. I will make sure that Omicron Supply Industries will be giving a share of Core-controlled resources in central Omicrons. Opening of the secure passage via Omicron Rho for the OSI convoys is also possible. I ask for political support of our possible deal and participation in proper Freeport's reconstruction along with AP Manufacturing. I am very kind to those who serves me well, senor Akibara. But I do not have mercy to my enemies. You have a chance to choose who to be, use it wisely. - Guildmistress Loyola The Core :::[CLOSING TRANSMISSION]:::
RE: To: Kyu Akibara, Administrator of the Freeport 11 \\ From: Guildmistress Loyola - Sombs - 10-03-2017 ![]() Esteemed Guildmistress Loyola, as for this communiqué, I might not speak on behalf of the Confederation of Freeports but only for myself. I am actually very glad about you being the new guildmistress. I do hope you keep that position longer than your predecessors. Maybe you know it already but I'm actually one of the people who defected from the Core when Nodtviet gave order to attack Freeport 11 at the beginning of last year's summer. I was always pretty convinced in the Core doing the right thing, having served on one of their battleships in the ressources management. But as a person born on Gran Canaria and a believer of the Zoner way, I couldn't watch how the glorious Core started murdering hundreds of civilians in Delta alone, or even partake it in. I always was against this war. It is dumb, unnecessary. Distracting from the real troublemakers. Things worked perfectly fine between the Core and the Zoners in Delta. All of that changed because of a bunch of people who abused the membership of the Zoner society to use our technology and ships to wage war against the one and only force in the Omicrons that actually brought order into chaos. Pun unintended. I believe to remember having seen you sometimes at the freeport before the war. I think you know the Core had more respect for the law-enforcement within the No-Fire-Zone than any other faction. I am convinced your offer is the one and only way to revert Omicron Delta into the beautiful state it once enjoyed. Freeport 11 was the place to be for any person traversing through the Edgeworlds. Onboard the station the only concern people had was not to end up in Jessebelle Fillian's lair. Core and Zoners defended the station from Nomads and other aggressive forces. Together. Enough people have died for the same piece of metal over the course of the months. The most devastating event was the NEMP attack on the station, with casualties estimated to be in the hundreds and thousands. OSI invested a billion credits under my supervision to establish refugee camps on Gran Canaria. I couldn't be more tired of warmongering voices within the CoF, all drunk from rage for revenge. Violence won't bring us any further, not at all. Right now I am looking out of the window and see how months of effort of the Seraphim, a humanitarian support group within the Zoner society, managed to repair the major damages caused during the war. ![]() No, there is no need for further bloodshed, at least from my point of view. Note, I can only speak for myself and only partially for Freeport 11. The Confederation of Freeports will be the supervising entity to vote on it. But, by all means, the end of this war and amnesty for all who were not actively fighting the Core sounds indeed generous to me. I see no troubles with reverting the law enforcement of Omicron Delta to the previous state, by either permitting the Core to act as law enforcing entity within the No-Fire-Zone or by reducing the No-Fire-Zone to the very station itself only. Hell, I wouldn't even mind a Core embassy on the station if it helps to improve the relations and keep them friendly. So, this is my opinion on the matter. With your approval, I would forward your offer, in a more formal version, to the Confederacy of Freeports, as well as your bonus offer for the Omicron Supply Industries. As Director of the R&D I might end up selling future cooperation with APM as a major profit source for the company. I look forward to hear from you again soon, Guildmistress Loyola. Kyu Akibara Administrator of Freeport 11 RE: To: Kyu Akibara, Administrator of the Freeport 11 \\ From: Guildmistress Loyola - Loyola - 10-03-2017 :::[INCOMING TRANSMISSION]::: :::[ESTABLISHING CONNECTION]::: :::[TRANSMISSION STABLE: LIVE]::: ![]() ID: Enma Loyola Location: Durban Station, Omicron Rho Subject: Generous offer ENCRYPTION: INVINCIBLE You probably did not see enough of wars in your life, Administrator. Have you seen refugees from planet Leeds or talked to them? In our case we had terrorists using civilians as a shield. Order operatives, which were involved and who are responsible for this will be found. If you wish to participite in sentencing, we can do that. But I agree with you there, blood of innocent cannot stay unpunished. My people cannot be called beasts for performing their duty. For years those people were protecting you and suddenly turned into a murderers? Is it our fault that all scum of Sirius went to take positions around Freeport? Coalition and Corsairs working together, such a sight to see. I do understand Zoner way of life, however, what makes you to believe that Bretonians would act differently if it happened at the Freeport 1 for example? Not to mention that environment of Omicron Delta is way more harsh that of Omega-3. Yet, all those freedoms that Zoners used to are present. And Core have suffered it's losses as well, many of our brothers and sisters. Everyone seems to forget that. Confederation of Freeports did not contribute to the conflict resolution whatsoever. Even more, I do consider their role as harmful. This is about yourself and your people. And it's up to you. If you ask me, Omicron Zoners are welcome to participite, it's our common home. I am speaking from the past experience, last two escalations ended with nothing. We will have to put some efforts to calm down hot headed people on both sides. Radicals, people who lost family members and further it goes on the list. Ending a war is always hard, but this is what has to be done. As for the future, we shall prevent future incidents with a new specific agreement. I know it's hard to do politics on the people's blood, but we live in a cruel world, senor. - Guildmistress Loyola The Core :::[CLOSING TRANSMISSION]:::
RE: To: Kyu Akibara, Administrator of the Freeport 11 \\ From: Guildmistress Loyola - Sombs - 10-03-2017 ![]() Guildmistress, as it seems obvious we're both of a similar opinion, I will contact the representants of the Confederation of Freeports about this and request a public consensus with statements from the individual representants of the CoF, as in the Omicron Supply Industries, the Ingenuus Research Group, the Temporary Autonomous Zoners as well as the administrators of the freeports all over Sirius. I believe it is time to find out who the true warmongers within the Confederation are. There is simply no reason as to why to continue this war. However, I believe this will cause some unrest within the society. While I can not allow the Core yet to dock with the freeport, I would like you to have an eye on any ship heading for it. I don't want the possible opposition to sabotage this with any means. My security teams will also double-check any incoming ship docking with the station for suspicious materials. If we can work together on this, chances are good we can end this war for good. At least for those who simply have no interest in this nonsense. I will contact you in a week again. This will hopefully suffice for everyone to think about the situation. Truce is in effect while negotiations are going on, but won't last any longer. I keep contact with a number of other Zoner leaders, trying to elaborate our position. I hope you are doing the same. If there are any additional moves you want to suggest in the meantime, I'm listening. Speaking of reaction of the Zoner community at FP11, I suggest us to lauch joint propaganda campaing to cope all negative effects. For example you can locate this and similar posters before peace is taking a place. There will be a few acts of vandalism, but it's in your power to prevent it. ![]() - Guildmistress Loyola The Core :::[CLOSING TRANSMISSION]:::
RE: To: Kyu Akibara, Administrator of the Freeport 11 \\ From: Guildmistress Loyola - Sombs - 10-10-2017 ![]() Guildmistress, the representatives of the Confederation of Freeports have made their statements, they are now publicly visible, here. The majority looks forward to end this war, although as you see, they want assurances for Freeport 11 not getting harmed or taken over by the Core. I believe what now happens is the necessity to work on a treaty. Since I am a mere administrator of the station, this treaty is most likely to be created by the heads of the Core and the Confederation of Freeports, in this case you, Guildmistress Loyola and Brettonias Wingspan and Jerard VonCloud. I guess it would be best to open an extra channel to those to begin with the negotiations, although that channel should be a public one, for the sake of transparence. If there is anything else I can do for you, please tell me. [::neuralnet hyperlink::] It looks like the Order maniacs have tried to threat Confederation in order to sabotage our peace efforts. There's no wonder though, it was a matter of time until they will show their true face. As you can see per agreement, Freeport 11 is now having autonomous status. This is suppose to make our work easier and actions more operative. I hope you will use your extended authority wisely. Let me know if you are ready to start our work now. - Guildmistress Loyola The Core :::[CLOSING TRANSMISSION]:::
RE: To: Kyu Akibara, Administrator of the Freeport 11 \\ From: Guildmistress Loyola - Sombs - 10-29-2017 ![]() Esteemed Guildmistress, a few hours ago a Borderworlds Transport departed from the station, evacuating all people who wanted to leave the station as a result of the Core being welcomed here again. The transport should have arrived the Koeln system by now, headed for the Heisenberg station. There was a certain resistance on the station, but we managed to force some suspicious people off the station peacefully. Now that we have peace restored, there is still much to do. Docking rights are restored by now, we're just waiting for the station to accept the new protocols. Currently, we're discussing about possible changes of the local enforced laws, either keeping the Freeport 11 No-Fire-Zone, reducing its radius or limiting it to the station itself. I'll be honest, the No-Fire-Zone is a bitch to manage and control. We'd fully rely on allied Zoners and the Core on enforcing it outside the station. On the other hand, I believe the No-Fire-Zone was exactly what made people stay close to the Freeport and enjoying the view, and talk. I'd like to know what the Core's opinion on that matter is, as in the end, the Core will have the full right to enforce the laws of Freeport 11 and the Core in Delta. Core peacekeepers will arrive to Freeport in a few hours to uphold the peace that was reached with this hard losses of our people. We will train allied local Zoner militia in order to make NFZ enforcement more efficient. If you will face any issues with locals or unwated guests, just let us know. I would like you to visit me at Durban in coming days. You have served me well, Administrator, I will not leave that without the reward. You and your people can play even greater role in the future of our beloved Omicrons. You have made a step step in the right direction, but we cannot let current progress to decay. Omicrons are have to move forward and I will stay in head of this progress. Let me know when your ship will close to Rho. - Guildmistress Loyola The Core :::[CLOSING TRANSMISSION]:::
