Hello there Crane, I'll be short and sweet with the details;
These are the maps you need
When you exit the Texas Jumpgate fly 30k East to sector F2/F3 You will find the Puerto Rico Jump Hole there.
Once you enter Puerto Rico set course for 50K north of your current position at E3/F3 and you cannot miss it, you will pass Culebra Smelter, be careful near there, though you are permitted there, I cannot say that someone onboard the station may not attempt to take a few potshots at you and near Vieques Shipyard you will find Junker's Town. The Dockmaster will be expecting you and will be ready to pay you what you are owed.
I would advise against wandering to far outside the maps I showed you Bering I am sure you know is dangerous enough, Puerto Rico also has some surprises in it you would do well to avoid.

Thank you for the maps. After one more meeting in space(at any time where we first met), I'll see to it that the shipments are made. Please ensure there are facilities or people available to unload the ship, as I will be flying it by myself with no crew. It's probably obvious, but I'd like to remind you not to mention the company name, ship name or my real name for the duration of this contract whether it be on your station or in space.

Well, you are not wrong, that thing is definitely been a hassle and had me tied up in Rico. That is pretty much the reason for me not being in Texas, sorry the commodity in question is Jump Gate and Trade Lane parts.
