With the increased threat posed to shipping in the system, we would like to ask the War Cabinet for special permission to construct additional weapon platforms, beyond the 4 already approved, around Oceana Shipping Platform, to both increase the stations defenses from attack and to provide a safe harbor for any traders through the system.
