Carlos.Fuego.Fuentes has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 16/01/2009 for:
Quote:6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.
Consequences: 20 million credit fine
Notes: Some form of RP. One line is all. No lines is not good enough.
