To: DHC Office of Military Ordinance Requisition. Greetings, representatives. My name is captain Lutz Gilger of the MND. I am presently working on a special assignment that I believe will be worth Rheinland’s wile and will significantly advance the status of your company in future MND special projects procurement contracts. This order is essential to the project. My division is requesting a procurement document for RBT-61h and RBT-4c turrets, as manufactured by DHC for Military and MND forces. This will be a one-time requisition order. Our division is willing to budget twenty million credits in return for the purchase permit, in addition to the on-site contracture payment between the MND and your company. Our division offers this premium due to the procurement's nature as just-in-time contracting. This is an MND operation; once the payment is agreed, we will take care of the rest, including organising transport. As this is an MND procurement I am not at liberty to disclose additional details, nor will we request fitting at Oder shipyard. Credits will be wired from the local host account of the MND science vessel, 'MND|NLI-55'. For Rheinland.

It’s always a pleasure to conduct business with our closest partners in the military and intelligence branches of government.
I’ve reviewed the details of your requisition order and I will have to first ask you to provide us with your MND identification in addition to the ship’s callsign, this is standard procedure for security and clerical reasons. Secondly I will have to ask you to specify the quantity of the requested turrets. Lastly, I will have to say that as part of my job, it is highly recommended that you utilize DHC’s services in order to refit these turrets on your vessel at Oder, otherwise DHC cannot guarantee reliability, safety and efficiency in regards to their 'field' performance. Please provide the requested information at your earliest convenience. Once additional information is received, I can provide you with a 'Purchase Requisition' document for your records so that we can go ahead and authorize the purchase order. To: DHC Office of Military Ordinance Requisition. Your queries are noted, executive. However I cannot share classified information – just what is declassified and what is covered in my brief. It is a headache, but an unavoidable one. We are now at war, which reduces the number of paper trails that can exist regarding MND operations. Perhaps in a decade full details will become public proprietary, perhaps not. My division is responsible for the reclamation and investigation of major in-space assets subject to abandonment or neglect due to inexplicable or otherwise undefined celestial phenomena. We are part investigators, part salvage operators. We do not engage in martial line operations nor are we espionage operatives. I am not a spy, nor am I part of a development team. My division is responsible for the recovery and repatriation of major space born assets of inexplicable or otherwise under-defined origins. To use a colloquialism; ghost ships. I lay them to rest. You will remember the grim broadcast of the Gas Miners Guild, executive. Apply deductive logic to my purpose here, and you may assume further. My program has become concerned that with the currently escalating tensions, our deep-space worksite has become insecure. The ordinance is required as a deterrent – it is not expected to come under use. As to the nature of fitting the turrets, and what objects they are to be fitted to, I’m afraid the facts are now wartime government property. Yet be assured in our ability to fit them. We will require one customisation – the removal of the turrets fire control firewalls. I appreciate this modification is irregular and will void the conventional installation procedures of the turret. However, the turret will be operating in the vicinity of a major electromagnetic interference and we wish to reduce the potential of code corruption during the fitting process. Another reason why the the procedure cannot take place at Oder – the project site is a major source of ionic emissives and would present a major navigational danger to the Ring itself. I, however, would be willing to proceed to Oder in person, should you bear any additional resources that you believe may be of use – be they technical manuals or installation guides, that I can administer to my team. To prevent technical theft, you have the government’s assurance that they will be destroyed post-use. My MND identification number is as follows: Sigma 713-49-59, registered under L.G. My Federal service pin is Zulu Omicron Two Four Epsilon. Turret Number: RBT-61h: 10 RBT-4c: 10 The order is excessive to account for redundancy.

Thank you for providing the requested information. I completely understand the nature of your line of work.
Requested adjustments have been made to the turrets by our engineering teams as specified by your previous correspondence. Below you will find a Purchase Requisition document. What you'll need to do now is have it signed so that we can finalize this purchase order and arrange their transportation from Oder to their destination by your transports. As a final note, Installation manuals/guides involving construction, maintenance & repairs, involving military vehicles, due to their sensitive and classified nature are not readily available for clients. All branches of law enforcement have highly trained individual and engineering staff that can perform superficial repairs should the need arise. Funds shall be wired to our central account at: DHC-Bank. Once funds have been received, you may have your transports pick up your order. I have notified one of the assistant managers to expect your transports. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, 『Christof Brandt 『C. Bradnt 『Daumann Heavy Construction 『Betriebsleiter RE: To: DHC.
