What is the affiliation of the installation?

Query to both the DSE|CEO- and Linde Helium Storage
As a frequent user the Scrap Palace under a -DSE= franchise and suppler of base commodities (sometimes on return trips) is this a complete new ownership of the Scrap Palace or an new administrator.
Nice to know who we franchise work for other than ourselves.
