Sean Dumont - Biography - TheShooter36 - 10-31-2017 Full Name: Sean Jose Sebastian Dumont Birthplace: Planet New Paris Birthdate: 06/06/718 A.G.S. Childhood and Teens The Dumont family overall always served Gallic Royal Navy with distinction, honor and valor. Sean, family's younger child, was not to become an exception. Just like her younger sister, he was interested in spacecraft. However, unlike Rose, he was more interested in smaller, more agile craft. The family, as always, directed him to become an asset in Gallia's vast army. After the basic education he got at New Paris, he was seen fit to continue his education at Le Marais Cadet School at age 13. He had some small incidents with some other students due to his "untainted" views, however instructors and management decided to overlook those. Military Career As he hit 16 and graduated from Le Marais, his family had a small surprise for him. A modified "Tournez" Light Fighter. He was encouraged to learn how to fly and combat with it well. When he started actual military training, his superiors at Academie Militarie de Orleans also surprisingly approved and encouraged him to train with his Tournez, although Caracal was an obviously superior choice in their eyes, they would not risk a full fledged military vessel to train his flying skills yet. After a harsh training regiment for 3 years, Sean was seen fit to serve in Royal Navy and graduated with honors and recommendations of his superiors from the academy. Immediately posted to Leeds front, he was commissioned a Caracal while Royal Navy also kept his Tournez as a reserve vessel. He flew sorties with 364th "Vauban" Squadron and successfully executed his interceptor role in several engagements. During an incursion from Crayter Republic, more than half of the squadron lost their vessels to a specially configured Zephyr Mark II Carrier and some failed to eject, in addition to the captain of the Zephyr shooting at escape pods of his fallen sisters and brothers. Angered by the fact, he vowed that he would eradicate those terrorists. Recent times The now 24-year-old fighter pilot, Sean still flies sorties under various squadrons as times dictate. Currently posted to New London front as majority of assets, he received a broader training on other types of snubcraft and flies almost all sizes of them as the situation requires. Although he still prefers a Caracal or Tournez, the ever-adapting Navy doctrines require the pilots to be versatile, which he tries to be. |
