Captain Phil Adamson of the LNS-Providance.

Final warning. I don't know what is so hard for you to understand, but you don't make the rules. I told you the drill multiple times by now. The LNS Providance may enter the No-Fire-Zone of Freeport 11 only to restock, refuel and repair, mooring directly with the station in that case. Once it is not moored, you are to take the Dreadnought out of the No-Fire-Zone. Failure in doing so will result in the permanent removal of your docking rights and a formal complaint to the Liberty Government about your lack of the laws of the Confederation of Freeports and the Core in Omicron Delta. You have no jurisdiction in Omicron Delta, so you play along the rules of the Core here and when approaching Freeport 11, the laws of the Confederation of Freeports. They are veeeery easy to follow: Don't piss people off, don't be a dick for the sake of being a dick and most of all: Don't piss off the Core. I know a certain Captain that is rumored to have started a war over a pack of smokes, and she is very able to take down any battleship that crosses her way.

I hope you understand. We don't need rebellious troublemakers in Delta right now.

Kyu Akibara
Administrator of Freeport 11

Greetings Kyu,

What's there to understand? We have stated multiple times, that we do not let someone else dictate our actions, as we are stationed here with your humble welcome to let our crew stay, however we have always complied to NFZ laws, but certain complications arise, with certain people.
As in provoking ? Kyu, it's our very presence once we activate our ship engines and Identification Friend or Foe mechanism, that makes people go crazy trigger-happy on us, but as i said above, we take every measure to not endanger any lives onboard and we respect the said Freeport laws.
We are well aware most bunches don't like our presence here, but our expedition shall not be ridiculed by other parties, nor it will it end because someone have their own opinion of us.
With all due respect, we have lives onboard to take care of, and as a captain of this ship, i'm taking every measure, be it drastic or not, to not endanger them in any way.

As for docking rights, if our presence have caused too much trouble, we are willing to do anything we can, to stop antagonizing with our presence, but our expedition shall not end yet, as i spoke to the Guildmember "Luke" about our future endeavours between our warship and their space, from within we currently operate in.

With this we sincerely hope, we have come to an understanding here.

Phil Adamson out
