Hugo Hustenanfall - The History
This guy is born as a Zoner - and he is sick. He is now 38 years old and worked nearly 20 years for the Zoners. Mostly flying escorts for Traders or patrol systems. But from time to time, he worked on an exploring vessel, to break out his normal job. While exploring the borders of Sirius, he got infected with a pneumonia. After recognizing that, he went to Cran Canaria, in hope to find a good doctor there. But the doctors there could'nt help. They never saw that kind of pneumonia, which respond to any known medics. His doctor on Gran Canaria said, that maybe in Rheinland Space he can find some lung specialist, that know more about this diseases. His request about a health insurance was denied, because of some drug abusing in the past - some cool cardi partys on college with some hot outcasts girls. They told him, he has to pay for himself.
So he went on his way to Rheinland, in hope of become healed. With lots of pharmaceutical on board, for the long journey. That pharmas dont heal him, but lower the coughing fits. First coughing fits was month ago, and pneumonia becomes more and more chronically. So the medicine, he is carrying, prevents him from Asphyxia.
He reached Rheinland Space. First stop at border station ulm. Asking around in the bar. The Bartender told him, he should travel at New Berlin, there are the best Doctors in Rheinland space.
As soon as he landed on New Berlin, he asked in hospital, he heard about the lots of cash he needs to become healed. Specialists told him, 'Hm, maybe possible to heal, but we have to develop special drugs for you. Is will cots alot of time and Credits'. So, he started a career in Rheinland, to earn money for that. He hopes, that he can pay the doctors. The zoners rent was enough to buy a rheinland ship. Now he is looking for jobs, offered by Rheinlands police and navy, while preparing to settle down in Rheinland, because the air is fresh and clean in Rheinlands worlds, and the woman i met, too.
His Zoners name isnt easy to pronounce for a Rheinlander, but he remembered, that his grandpa was Rheinlander, so he took his grandfathers prename, "Hugo". His surname, "Hustenanfall", was given to him by the clinic staff. He wasnt amused about that name, as he dicovered, what the (translated) meaning of the name is, but with a ironically smile on his face he realized, that the name fits.
