We belong to a small ring of traders who covertly operate within and around Kusari and just recently stumbled upon that installation of yours. Its proximity to the old Kabukicho Depot let us take first guesses already but we wonder who you are and what this installations purpose will be. Perhaps we both will soon have new business partners then. We hope telling us a few things just like this isn't an issue for you.

Greetings. This is Kagehiro, of the Iyo Construction Platform administration office. Iyo is managed by Iyo Construction and Engineering, a Takarabune Conglomerate subsidiary. We specialize in Civil Engineering, Mining and Logistic projects both planet and spaceside. Our Construction platform is the latest project in spatial wharehouse for storing and supplying necessary materials and components for space station maintenance and development.
I'm unsure what you imply by covert operations, but if you require to purchase some uncommon supplies for any space based habitation projects, we might have the resources you need.

Excuse my wording, covert operation just means that we aren't hauling for any of the large companys. We are glad to hear that this isn't a project that could interrupt our route past that place.
Rather we would happily support your project by becoming one of your customers. An a bit more detailed list about the goods you could offer us, would be helpful before we make any promises though.
