Thank you for signing the treaty. The negotiations will be held on the Lausanne. The only details now that need to be decided are the time and place. I suggest a system with the least amount of risk from other parties or entities such as the nomads. Escorts are of course allowed, however please make sure the near area of the Lausanne is kept as a no-fire zone.
If you would like any specific comforts or luxuries, please do inform us of them and we'll arrange them on board. We hope to make your experience on board as pleasant as possible.

The Lausanne has been there before, and it should be easily reachable for both parties. If this place and time is chosen, the Lausanne would first dock on Freeport 11 before proceeding to the destination. Would this be acceptable to both parties?

Personally i feel Lost would be a bad idea its a hotly contested System especially with the Nomads who i think we all agree we want to avoid.
Id recommend Omicron Theta, its a fairly quiet system I've found but still close enough for all parties to reach without issue.
Of course thats if all those wanting to attend agree.
