Are the disconnects immediate to the joining the server or do they happen at other times?

Both of your Accounts are unbanned. Please use the correct Thread for banned Accounts.
As for your problem, is your ping quite high?
Just so that you are aware, if you are disconnected, upon trying to connect, and you keep trying over and over again in a very short time, then the Server has a habit of auto-banning you.
