As far as I know, it's the secret weapon of the infected Order Grand Admiral Golanski.

No, it was a bit of a joke, based on an ingame situation where Order and Wild allied against Zoners and Core. The Suncrusher in Discovery is a mysterious nomad entity, and lower tier nomads themselves do not grasp its complexity. The houses know about the Suncrusher's existence since Operation Hidden Giant, a huge event in Omicron Major. A very few individuals, outside of house space, know things about it that may or may not be true, but in general there is not much known about it.

Nah, he's just mad at Order and Golly because he along with the rest of the CoF managed to overdo the "peace" between Core and Zoners, and didn't like facing the consequences. Order never allied with Nomads or Wild.
