His Excellence, King Charles XI, has decided that we will give you one final chance to end the conflict in a peaceful manner and end the misery that you are causing to your populace. We hope that you, the Bretonian government, still have the sanity left to admit and face reality - the defeat of the Kingdom of Bretonia. The faster you recognize this, the sooner we may begin restoring order to the region, rather than being forced to destabilise it further. As it was mentioned previously, the war will not last much longer. You have been completely cut off from your allies who seek to gain influence over you, your main supply points either have been, or soon will be removed from the equation. The next and final stage of the conflict will be launched should you disrespect this communication. You will not be able to hold the line and ships bearing the Gallic Crown insignia will form clouds over New London as the bombardment of military assets will commence. We are also aware that you are, evidently, struggling with the Corsair "Empire" on another front. We trust that you will understand the situation you are currently placed in. Should you decline, the repercussions will be much worse as the final operation will begin.
