Respected Dragon Head Daimyo, I am grateful and humbled by you response and acceptance of me into the family, which I will most certainly serve with honor and respect. Today I come before you to report back on the situation and the mission I was made responsible for. I have taken steps into scouting the Tau 44 and I have come to submit my findings, after which I will elaborate my plan if I may behave in such manner, and I will allow myself such disobedience to tell you about my plans even though I have not received the permission from you. With that said I will begin with my report.

The entering point to the Tau 44 is located in the icy cloud in the system of Tottori, Yurasu field which is located in the B2. I do not however recommend entering there with main forces due to the fact that there are too many interference. One of them would be difficulty to of the capital fleet to break trough there. So I would suggest that our forces consist of 2 bomber squads, 2 gunboats and 5 capital ships, and the rest of the forces should be snubs, maybe one or two squadrons. I will explain the further purposes of said trough the report.
Now the first thing I should inform you of is that the location of the jump hole from Tottori is in the Makassar cloud which holds no other secrets expect the jump hole.

Next are the planets of this system, in total there are 4 planets of which only one is currently inhabitable, Borneo and it seems it was settled by Crayter republics people.

When the tides of war carrying Gallia came knocking on their doors they had to pull out leaving the settlements unattended. Those can be used again but lots of investment is required. In its orbit it has Minato station, which has a population of 270 people.

In my assessment the station can be overtaken using our Marines, and I assess that two companies would be enough to capture and seize it. Those Marines would be transported via one Togo, which would be accompanied with two gunboats who are required to take care of two weapon stations that are stationed nearby. The plan would be that the Togo should draw all the attention and fire on itself, and after drawing it, the gunboats should roll in to neutralize the WP. One gunboat would use a direct approach and the other should go behind the planet and then take the WP head on. After the WP are out, the Togo would start boarding the Marines onto the station, while the two squadrons of fighters would be on stand by, watching the horizon for enemies ships.

The one squadron of bombers should be there too if the enemy would be in finding some early evidence or tip off that we are about to strike their system. The other squadron would escort the capital fleet to make a diversion in the Tau 23 where we could siege one of their basses, automatically protecting the only way into the Tau 44, jump hole in the sector G2. On the other side of the jump hole stands Sulawesi Citadel in ownership of Crayterians, so I think if we reach out to them they will support us, since they have some unsolved business with Gallia from the past wars.

The Sulawesi Citadel is located in the Brunei Ice field which has another facility that keeps In its shadow, and that would be the battlecruiser Shanoun-Tou. However I have not been able to confirm what purpose and service does this vehicle offers but it sure is an important role to this system.

Also there is a base located in the sector E3, its called Luxury Liner Agenton. Its held by the Union Corse. It does not represent any danger to our conquest but could be an advantage, since we could offer them a merchant's deal and their monthly income when it comes to the trading, on which I think they wont remain silent.

The last but not the least is the Sumatra cloud which is concealing the Tau 37 jump hole in the sector B2, from which not far is located the Jakarta Orbital Colony and the Singapore Shipyard, which are to the best of my knowledge in the hands of both Cryterian and IMG together.
Furthermore this system has 2 suns which are aligned trough the center of the system and do not represent any threat to our ships.

Now, the second part of my report will be about today’s patrol which took place with the esteemed Homura-san.

We were out there checking the integrity of her ship, and then suddenly there was a Liberty Rough wandering around. We greeted Amy-san, and then after clearing the situation that was at hand, we escorted her to Sigma 13 where we took liberty to go to Sigma 21 and meet with GMG presumed high ranking officer Keiji Namura-san. Keiji-san offered to show us some interesting and to my knowledge quite fascinating asset in non-confirmed possession of KNF- the Kazuno Outpost placed between the corona of two nearby Medium White’s.

He offered to have a word with our esteemed Shogun so I would humbly ask you to rely this message to him. The entire conversation you may find in the following attachments I will submit, so that you can carefully analyze and assess the situation.

After that we proceeded to the system of Sigma 13 where we escorted the Liberty Rough into the hands of her two comrades, from which we departed with respect when we met a Wilde, so we taken up the responsibility of escorting the said Wilde and providing cover to the Liberty Rough’s while they retreat, on which Amy-san denied and stayed with us, wanting to scout for us the Honshu JG and deprive us of the information that KNF were watching the gate.

When we said our thanks and bowed to Amy-san we left for Honshu, where Homora-san departed to the base for some repairs and I was joined by Hantari-san. We got a word that there was a trader in the system of Okinawa smuggling some Niobium, and we reacted. We made our way there and made him for a full stop, which he did, but when we asked for the fine he declined and tried to make a run for it. Unfortunate for him, I was quicker on the guns and I had to deprive him on his ship and his cargo.

So that would be the wrap up of such an eventful day.

Momoshiki Kijima,

I am surprised to hear back from you so quickly, as it is a very detailed report I shall respond in sections to make this clearer.

You mention the entry point coming though Tottori is not ideal, have you explored other options I refuse to believe this is our only option as you may know the Hakkera have a factory in Negano and we may be able to negotiate to get our hands on a jump drive to enter the system. May I also advise that you look into entering through Tau 23 as I have plans for Tottori in the future and it would not help the situation if Samura learnt of us passing through and alerted the Navy.

I am concerned during your search did you encounter and of these "Crayterians" do not know anything about them and until we have at least made contact I do not think It wise to attack in a system in which they have a considerable claim to. After all we do not need more enemies. I suggest you spend more time in the area and see how they behave with your presence. Alternatively I give you permission to send a communication on the clans behalf to them in order to obtain a fuller report.

You also claim Gallia have pulled out of the station/planet. Are we sure that they are still in control, it could have easily been taken covertly if such is true. We will also need to confirm the current occupants and potential issues with engaging them. If you need me to send more ships this can be arranged.

The Shanoun-Tou? This is very strange that ship has been missing since the beginning of the civil war. From here on out the Brunei ice field is off limits for all clan members that battlecruiser disappeared without a trace and I do not want the same happening to any of my pilots.

For now that is all I have to say about your report regarding Tau 44. If you can prove that with new information that it is still the best course to proceed then I will have no choice but to act on it.

Liberty rogues in Kusari? That is most unusual, you did the right thing. However I am more concerned of this Wilde you mention, as we have no way of detecting an infected I will put this down to too much sake on the job do not bring up subjects like this without evidence as it could lead to mass panic. Not so long ago I witnessed the Kusari Naval forces engage myself and several comrades while trying to fend off a nomad invasion. I have no doubt infected were behind this, but we need evidence. If you have reasonable evidence suspect a pilot of being infected the recommended course of action should be destroy their ship and take all of the wreckage to the nearest Blood Dragon station I can then contact the Augus clan as I am sure they would be able to find a way to confirm this.

finally the trader if you are wondering if this was the correct move then yes. Any transport that refuses to stop must be guilty and it is a good job you got there in time.

This is a very good first report and I look forward to getting more like this in the future.
