I have contacted you for various subjects, I think you would be interested.
Maybe you know me, I am Kyle Vaughn, the junker who delivers time by time Premium Scrap to Alabama Shipyard and gladly sharing a buck at your request. I have been increasingly interested in working with you from the first day I met you. And I have given this a lot of thought; I would like to open a small installation on your territory for the sole purpose of storing Premium Scrap and other legal cargo. What are your benefits? A place where you can regularly get Premium Scrap without traveling all the way to the Texas dark matter field, Paquera Negra. The presumed location was planned in Omicron Rho nearby the Sigma-15 jump hole. What do I get? A relaxing place for my crew in the free time, and a possible contract where we can work together; also adding that I help for a good cause. If there is a payment needed for the installation, I'll gladly pay for it.
Another subject I'd like to talk about is the increased activity of Nomads and possibly "possessed" individuals known as The Wild in the Omicron Delta system. I have lost 20 men because of them, and I don't want to lose my crew that way. Is something going on?

Moving onto your other concern: the Omicrons are the hub for Nomadic and Infested activity. It is normal to see a pickup of their presence compared to other places in Sirius. The Core is handling the situation appropriately, as indicated by our numerous suppression of their operations. Of course, we cannot save everyone, but we are doing our best.
