To whom it may concern;

One of our security patrols based out of Raubling Station came across a modular station during a routine patrol, escorting our miners. The station appears to be in a state of disrepair inside of the Schwarzwald Cloud mining field, too close to our main automated mining vessel.

It has been found to be unresponsive and operating under restricted docking protocols.

This modular base is currently in violation of a number of Rheinland's laws, all of which I'm confident you are fully aware of. Additionally, I would like to inform you that DHC has NOT been approached by any entity in order to secure a construction permit.

This station's close proximity to our automated mining vessel, adds needless operational hazards.

On behalf of DHC, I would like to file a formal request with the RFP in order to be able to resolve this matter.
