I apologize for not replying sooner on the matter, but I have recently returned from a Diplomatic Envoy in the Borderworlds regarding getting defense aid for Freeport 11, and want to update you on the situation at hand.

First off, I know this may be strange to hear, but I wish to expand Freeport 11 beyond its' planned repairs and expand it in both size and security, implementing stationary anti-Nomad defenses around the Freeport and upgrading existing defensive hardware. As for size, I wish to expand Living quarters, as well as improve quality of life by upgrading the Freeport to, in the future, something akin to the Niigata Star City in Sigma-59. However, This will not happen over night, and I don't expect it to be as big. I want Freeport 11 to be a gateway to the unknown - to be a home for the adventurous of the populace and of Sirius at large who wish to explore the deeper Omicrons, and with the defenses and plans I have for it, be a reassurance of Humanity's control over the system. If you have any suggestions on how to go about this or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Secondly, I have discussed in detail regarding the situation at hand with Auxesia, who aided us in the defense of Freeport 11 during the attacks from the Order. I contacted them regarding getting elements to deploy to the Freeport in a effort to help protect it. They're talking it over with their High Command, and hopefully we'll have an answer soon. I understand that this is unheard of, but with Core presence in defensive operations as of late being smaller and smaller, I feel that calling upon their 'allies' would provide assistance with the situation.

Thirdly, I've been seeing vessels squawking a Oracle| ident crop up according to both my encounters and those of Pale Bride, my close friend, who, in tandem with the maintenance team which handled the Freeport following Kyu Akibara's absence, and my close supervision, in absentia mea. I know this is strange and most like concerning, but I've trusted Pale Bride with my life numerous times, and if anything, she can be trusted for the period of time I was away on the diplomatic mission - Anywho - I did some research once I got back, and it seems the Oracles are somehow tied to the Nomads.. I couldn't find much information on the Neural Net on them. If you could elaborate on them, I'd appreciate it.

Fourthly, I've been alerted to the dissapearance of Doctor Erzie onboard my Freeport. I spoke to my adjutant, Maintenance Team Head Alexei Miranov, regarding the situation and it appears that logs of all but the deletion of the footage from the main server had happened. We're working to figure out how to fix it and looking at lower level logs for traffic incoming and outgoing from the Neural net, but so far we've got nothing. Please let me know if you have any ideas or leads.

Fifthly, The Rathgrith is starting to become outclassed in engagements, and I feel that it would be best for me to deploy a more versatile vessel. Rest assured, this does not mean she's being mothballed. The Rathgrith has quite a bit of purpose as a Anti-snub vessel, however, It's becoming more evident that a vessel with both Anti-capital and anti-snub Capabilities would be most suitable for the situation at hand. As such, Voncloud, I'll be requesting the construction of one Aquilon-class Carrier, Hull Designation ZDV Dragostea - to be constructed as soon as possible at Livadia Shipyard. I will be paying for this vessel out of pocket and will wire the funds to you for it as soon as possible. If needed, I will provide the requested armament loadout upon invoice for the total cost of the vessel.

Finally, It's getting a little strenuous handling the administration all by myself. I'm doing my best, but combined with the paperwork Akibara left behind, violations of the NFZ, Nomad attacks and running diplomacy, I've got my hands and legs tied shibari style here. If it's possible, I'd like to have Honya also known as Mieko Iekahara, who has been my Aide on the diplomatic mission, and actually helped quite a bit, have the ability to run my administration in tandem with me, unless you have suggestions otherwise regarding the matter.

Also, If You're available, Brettonias, I'm more than willing to meet you here on the Freeport and make my Administration final like you said prior.

I'm going to issue statements one by one, so that I can effectively knock them out.

One, I understand the situation going on right now with the freeport regarding why this is unfeasible at this time, but I wish to see it done in the future. I hope that the situation in the future diplomatically will provide for it to be easier to approach our neighbors about the situation, as well as the local nomad threat being decreased.

Two, I have to thank you for approving the request. Like I said, if you can give me a estimate for the ship, I can wire you the funds. I have 400,000,000 SC already, nearly enough for the total amount for the ship itself if what I heard was the price of it, 410,000,000 or around-abouts.

Thirdly, Honya operates in a secure environment, not directly connected to the neural net, which is why I considered it. Irregardless, I do agree that an AI cannot be trusted with administration on its' own, which is why I would have been with her. As for the Gammu situation, She uses a Artificial Neural Network, and, along with her "sister", exhibits human-like traits and emotions - This is not a defense per se, but rather a clarification. After a friend of ours died to the PRIME, they both don't take kindly to them, and they're stalwart in their beliefs, as much as any actual human. If need be, I will look to joint administration with someone else. If Brettonias has any ideas as to who - I asked Alexei, he said he's not interested in Administration, I honestly don't blame him - could aid me, I'd welcome it.

I and my contemporaries would like to meet you and Brettonias in person one day. Until then, I must return to my duties.

I have deposited the funds for the Dragostea into Livadia shipyard's general bank account, based on estimates from market prices for all components. In the near future, once ZDV Dragostea is constructed, will need to be fitted for advanced EW and Jump-drive hardware. I will also require the ship be fitted for simple AI systems to handle rudimentary operation and maintenance in lieu of a full crew - I will be operating with at minimum a four-man crew:

Regarding the AI situation, I was mainly referring to a simple system that would handle the rudimentary systems with no "actual" intelligence. If you insist on a crew, I understand. There are bound to be people on the Freeport that will be more than willing to join a skeleton crew.

As for the Jump Drive situation, The manufacture is not a problem as much as it would be installing one. There are numerous Modular Jump Drive systems on the market, the situation we have is installation. However, I will try and find a shipyard that can handle the installation.
