His technical info provided here: Tactical #98 He's a Bounty Hunter whom flies a Gunboat, equipped with heavy armor, and doesn't operate with in any circles. The reason of this bounty is due to myself just 'minding my own business', I wasn't conducting any sort of 'business' that anyone would consider 'unlawful'. Unless 'loitering' over Beaumount Base is 'considered' a 'crime' these days. With that; My ship's hull had EXTENSIVE and UNJUST damage due to "Abyss' " need to 'claim' what ever bounty he 'thinks' he had on me, needless to say I needed to make a complete overhaul on my ship's construction.
