Hello St.Denis,
I understand that the Admins don't want people running around and screaming "I WILL REPORT YOU" all over the place, but sanctioning me for saying it without ANY direct threat, is at least in my eyes wrong.
I didn't even say something like "you will get banned", i just said that i'll report him, that's all, That's not a sanction, it's just about informing Responsible people about such behaviour.
So, being reported doesn't automatically mean you'd get sanctioned, or? does it? If so, Then sure, this sanction is justified.
(Can't look up the entire chat conversation due to empty DSAce.log from that time, which got erased after a strange FL crash when i had to kill process)

Most 'Reports' ends up with somebody getting 'Sanctioned'.
A Sanction can lead to a multitude of things from, just a warning, loss of credits or items and even ending up to an outright ban.
So, when someone Reports another, the ultimate aim, in most cases, is to get the person 'Sanctioned' ie punished.
Hopefully that makes it a bit clearer.
