Buenos días

I have recently...for the very first time encountered one of your ships. Namingly TPM-Silence. Now I do not know who or what your organization is or what your goals are. But it would appear that your actions are those that favor the people of the Corsairs. Your ship as named before, assisted me personally with a small matter...You will hear from him also that it was well of him to do so as....My organization rewards loyalty. It was also brought to my attention that you assisted our hermanos in Rheinland not too long ago..This type of behavior and actions are those that make things much easier for us...

Now the main reason why I am contacting you is simple...
What are your plans concerning the people of the Corsairs? I do not think that people like you would just assist us "out of the goodness of your heart".

I will await your response....

Buenos dias sir Alexander.

Rheinland enjoys a lot of international traffic, this makes it attractive for The Pirate Manifesto.

Unfortunately for us, Rheinland is also home to some of our more powerful enemies and none of our allies, so far we've managed to avoid hostilities with some of the unlawful factions there but that will only last until they figure out just how deep we sit in their pockets.

Fortunately for us, some of those enemies are also enemies of the Corsair Empire, The Hessian communists and their sympathizers to be precise.

So far they appear to be in a time of weakness as the only Hessians we've had the pleasure to encounter were stray ships that we easily took care of.

Experience tells me that this will not stay this way forever, and when the Hessians come knocking we hope we can reach out to the Corsairs for support, just we have offered our support in turn.

On a less strategic matter, we hope to earn the Corsairs' trust and conduct business that both parties can profit from, for example we can reinforce Corsair or allied convoys when venturing beyond the Empire's borders.

The Pirate Manifesto also possesses an arsenal that Corsair pilots might find a use for.

We will be happy to trade our deadly arsenal for credits or Corsair technology.

I hope you found my answer satisfactory.

Ivan Norovich, head of The Pirate Manifesto foundation.

Buenos días señor Ivan

Si this message is indeed to my satisfactory...Even more then what I had hoped. I see the saying of "The enemy of my enemy is my friend" applies here very well.
For now I would say that you have my attention. Do I trust you? No, but this might change if you keep to your word. I will suggest a temporary "alliance" between TPM and ApS. In this time we can measure whether you can be trusted and if it remains profitable...If it does develop to a fruitful alliance, then I can see our organizations working together to crush our enemies.

As for spending resources...This will be decided at a later stage. Protection for our smuggling convoys could in deed be of use. See...we run a lot of convoys through Rheinland and we do not want to lose man, ship or cargo in these journeys. But we can discuss more of this at a later date.

Would you agree to such terms?

Buenos tardes senor Alexander.

I trust that throwing our neutral stance towards the factions in Rheinland out the window by actively assisting you in battle was proof enough of our colors?

Speaking of which, it reminds me that after that sucio display from the military side the Corsairs are bound to have some Titans that are well past their prime.

Leaking power cores emit dangerous chemical vapors and radiation that can be detrimental to a pilot's health, I should know, I have been flying, repairing and maintaining different kinds of space ships since my youth and if my math is correct, it will be cheaper to build new Titans from scratch than trying to remove those power cores and replacing them with new ones, considering that you also need to restore the other sorts of damage those ships might have sustained.

Still, the Titan is a formidable ship, it is as much a combat vessel as it is a piece of fine art and it is superior to what we currently have access to.

With your permission, The Pirate Manifesto wishes to get a number of these damaged vessels off your hands and we will support the costs for their reparations, although Corsair technology is a foreign concept to us of which secrecy we do not wish to impose on, many pieces of equipment can be restored by universal means, which should be enough so the ship doesn't blow up the first time somebody starts the ignition, our more tech savvy pirates can bring those vessels to a safe active status again, minus the radioactive power cores which we cannot, nor will try to replace, but that is on our own risk of health.

As mentioned before, we do not wish to relieve you of these formidable vessels for nothing, as such you may have your pick out of our arsenal, no credits payment will be asked for any of the items as we consider the Titans as sufficient.

The Pirate Manifesto will appreciate a bare minimum of two damaged Titans, but we will gladly accept as many as you are willing to part with.

Is this acceptable to you, senor?

Ivan Norovich, head of The Pirate Manifesto foundation.

Buenos días señor Ivan

Please pardon my delayed replay. I was caught up in some business.

Si senor you have indeed proven your loyalty to us. This for a pirate organization is indeed something new. You would of course not blame us for being skeptical at first, it is quite normal that my people are normally hated and betrayed by the large variety of people and organizations in Sirius.

The request you are making is indeed a interesting one. Our craftsmanship is something unique and I would not just litely hand these damaged ships out, even to a newly formed ally. For this I have to know what you intend to do with them? You see senor...I would not like to see a report cross my table that one of our other allies was shot by a Corsair ship. This in its own right would cause trouble senor.

So before we continue, please stipulate what you plan to do with these ships?

Gracias senor,

To put it bluntly: we'll use these ships to increase our success in combat, both as a means of piracy and in hunting enemies of the Empire as stated here.

For your own peace of mind, not every TPM member will receive such a marvelous vessel.

One of the Titans will be used by me personally, a second Titan will go to Silence as a reward for pushing our relations forward hence why I requested a minimum of two, if you consider to hand out any more, they will go to our most prominent members, the pride of the Manifesto pirates.

Silence has already been briefed on who to pirate and who to spare for the continuation of our good relations, but as a means of ensurance all the members whether it is just Silence or more will have to attend a meeting with me once again as to make it very clear who the cooperators of the Empire are so that they will know to refrain from pirating them.

I got the general idea but you may wish to list them here in a neat order to avoid any mishaps.

Call it...a contract if you will.

Those who wish to enjoy flying a Titan will have to obey it or they may not live to enjoy it another day.

Has this been a satisfactory answer to you, senor Alexander?

Ivan Norovich, head of The Pirate Manifesto foundation.

Buenos días señor Ivan

I would once again like to thank you for your services thus far.

As I show of good faith and "reward" for serving the interest of the Corsairs and Apostatas. I would grand that two ships that has been marked for scraping be prepared for you. They should be ready for pick up within the next 24hours. As I had promised the rewards for being loyal to Apostatas are bountiful. So as a added reward.... I would "gift" a Praetorian to you personally from Apostatas reserve fleet.

The only conditions that we have are as follows....No TPM tagged Titan/Preatorian are to:
  • Harm Corsair Ships
  • Harm any ally of the Apostatas or Corsairs
  • Pirate any Apostatas ally
  • Hunt Bretonian perres

I believe this deal would be beneficial to both our people senor. May we continue with this prosperous Alliance.

Gracias
Alexander Cordoba
Elder of Apostatas

Senor Alexander,

On behalf of The Pirate Manifesto, mucho gracias.

May the Titans spill the blood of our common enemies by which our alliance shall be marked.

We are looking forward to assist you in every way possible, and fate be willing, maybe we too can call Crete home one day.
