We would like to open discussion and negotiation towards purchasing an extensive Liberty Navy technology usage and maintenance license for our security division. As criminal activity increases both inside Liberty and outside our house, we are looking for most cost effective way to arm ourselves to fend off these cockroaches from our convoys. And while our convoys are known to be impenetrable, we would rather prevent any fool daring to attempt picking off even a single transport with valuable Whiteboxes™. With more capable ships and weapons, we could buy less costly insurance plan from Interspace Commerce and at the same time save costs on replacing under-performing civilian ships such as Eagle or Roc. We are willing to compensate for manufacturing, training and maintenance with one-time down-payment or with regular yearly payments.

In recent weeks my own ship was assaulted by Lane Hackers and Liberty Rogues on multiple occasions. Due to vast experience captaining transport I managed to escape their grasp all those times but their relentless harassment cannot go unpunished. We have well-trained pilots who could use better technology to dispose of these criminal elements and protect not only our own transports but deter those criminals from extorting other Liberty corporations that we would be able to aid in need. Since we are already developing and manufacturing majority of weapons and systems used in these ships, we would have much easier time maintaining them on our own facilities.

Many more less prominent involvement with minor contracts or operations could be uncovered but we would rather not waste anyone's time with these.

We urge Liberty Government and Liberty Navy to give this request a consideration in order to enable us to rely on our own prowess to protect ourselves from menacing criminals within Liberty.

To whom it may concern,

We thank you for your decision and trust bestowed on us. We have wired the fee and hope that this is start of another splendid relationship. Our pilots will be investigating the ships and our scientists will have more opportunities to improve upon how the ships are handled.
