//All GMG and Kishiro members who wish to contribute their opinions here please do so, but remain in character. Order players may contribute but may only do so through holo-communications, as only my own character is physically present.

<Location: Planet Honshu, Gas Miner's Guild Embassy>

*The conference hall is a large, round room with seats arranged around the walls, everything covered in shining cold steel. Members of the Gas Miner's Guild and Kishiro Technologies are present, as is Ambassador Aki Kimura, to discuss terms of allegiance between the organizations involved*

"Kishiro, GMG, thank you for calling this conference for me today, I know all of you have tasks at hand and I do not wish to take any more of your time than is necessary to arrange an allegiance between our groups. I served as an escort pilot for Kishiro when I was young, and I know that Kishiro has much to offer in terms of technological engineering components. Unfortunately, most of these components are already in production by The Order as well, and I honestly do not know if we have anything of value to offer in return. If there is something needed by Kishiro that we can supply, please, let me know and terms can be arranged."

"The Gas Miner's Guild, on the other hand, has something very valuable to us... fuel. I know that our affiliations with the Corsairs and Hogosha have put us on uneasy terms with the GMG, and that is something I wish to correct through these diplomatic talks. We are not concerned with the disputes between the various groups within Sirius, all we are concerned with is protecting humanity - all of it - from alien threats that many of these groups are content to ignore."

"The Order's fleets are constantly struggling to keep active, as we have very few sources of H-fuel ourselves. We need to start importing more in order for these fleets to grow, and the only way this will happen is through the GMG. We may be able to offer equipment or weaponry in exchange, but more than that what The Order can give the GMG is security. I know, from personal experience flying in this area, that The Wild run rampant throughout the sigma systems - they are a dangerous opponent to the GMG and everyone else who operates here. Through increased patrols in the sigma systems, we can provide a shield between the GMG's miners and attacks from The Wild, and the repair and replacement costs this would save the GMG would alone increase production efficiency by an amount more than required to pay for the fuel needed by The Order at this point in time."

Kusari-Order Meeting 2: - ProwlerPC - 01-29-2009

<Location: Planet Honshu, Gas Miners Guild Embassy>

*One of the doors to the meeting hall swung open and in came Guild Master Raikoke. Not one hint of the last few days showed in her composure as she walked up to Ambassador Aki Kimura and bowed*

"Konichiwa Aki Kimura-chan, I apologize for being late the Guild has it's hands full at the moment, but I wanted to come and meet you in person. I believe you are right that both our organizations have plenty to offer each other. Our explorer units have reported to us that the Order has made notable advancements in many fields of technology and hint that you may even be pioneers in the subject itself."

*She paused and walked to her designated chair but didn't sit*

"I'd like to first address the request for H-fuel. Deal. It is our goal to be the primary supplier of H-fuel in all of Sirius, I'm sure we can overlook your ties to the Corsairs when it comes to business. What we would require from your end is to ensure our Guild Trade Ships are kept safe in your space by not only Corsairs but other threats as well. If you can provide protection in your space then shipments will begin right away."

"Now on the matter of coming into the Sigmas. There are a couple things I wish to point out, both of which is very important for GMG. First of all, I hope you realize we don't get along with the Corsairs...at all. This may put strain on your relationship with them if we allow you in as we will continue to drive them out of our space. Is the Order ready to hold their fire if they come across GMG and Corsairs locked in battle? The other matter is your war with BHG. We can't have that war played out near our mining operations, dockable or undockable. The loss of just one of those miners means a loss of a staggering amount of revenue and no doubt some fleet somewhere won't get their fuel. If GMG instilled a Cease Fire Zone near our facilities will the Order comply? If the Order doesn't object to both conditions than I won't object to their presence in the Sigmas."

"Lastly you mention the possibility of technology being traded amongst us. I am very intrigued by this idea and it could be that we have a few things you may enjoy and I'm sure we will like to see what you have. We can get into those afterwards but I would like to add this. I would prefer that each trade of technology be approved by the leadership of our organizations before any ship is equipped with it (//Special RP Requests included). We are only now just testing relations between us and I would like to keep record of all our dealings for security reasons, I hope you understand"

"I hope this all sounds fair, if there are any details I missed or you disapprove of, please feel free to speak candidly and I'm sure we can sort it all out"

*Raikoke gave another bow to Ambassador Aki Kimura and sat stoicly in her chair*

Kusari-Order Meeting 2: - Tenacity - 01-29-2009

"I understand the GMG is busy lately, and thank you for taking the time to speak with me personally. Unfortunately High Command has restricted any Order personnel from involving themselves in the current Phantom attack against Kusari, and I honestly cant figure out why, I wish our people could help out on Aomori."

"To address your points, first off protection of your vessels... that is guaranteed. We will lay strict orders for no corsair to engage GMG vessels within our space under penalty of destruction. We will certainly provide GMG fuel transports with armed escort through Order space, and the systems between our territories, whenever we are able to spare enough men, you can understand that we are quite thinly stretched right now."

"The Order strives to remain independent of all interfactionary conflicts within Sirius. Our purpose is to defend humanity from alien threats, and to develop technology which can contribute to that defense and the future of Sirius. We are allied with the Corsairs out of a necessity for resources, but we refrain from involving ourselves in any of their disputes unless their homeworld is directly under attack. Since our initial alliance with the Corsairs, we have expanded a great deal and are now developing the necessary measures to procure construction resources on our own, while the corsairs have little to provide us now. We will, of course, remain allied with them as a measure of respect, and because both of our groups provide mutual combat assistance to one another when dealing with Liberty and the Bounty Hunter's Guild."

"On to that point, we did not choose this war with the BHG, they forced it upon us. While we destroy their ships on sight within Order territory, we attempt to ignore their presence in other areas of Sirius unless they first attack. We will be more than happy to respect any cease fire zones established around GMG structures, just as we respect the cease fire laws that the Zoners create for their stations. No attacks will be made against the Bounty Hunter's Guild in the Sigma systems with the exception of self defense, and no engagements will be made within two thousand meters of any GMG structure."

"As for keeping a record of any equipment or vessel exchanges, that I agree with completely. The Order is, again, stretched thin right now and our resources are strained, so all of our ships and equipment are very valuable to us. I am sure the same goes for the GMG. Our leadership parties can discuss any exchange of equipment or ships on a case by case basis to determine whether or not the trade will occur."

Kusari-Order Meeting 2: - ProwlerPC - 01-29-2009

*Raikoke hopped back to her feet seeming quite content*

"Well, I am pleased that we could come to an agreement so soon. I will notify our trade wing to begin processing shipments of H-fuel to be delivered to the Order as soon as I return. I will also notify our security division of our agreement and to welcome the Order in the Sigmas."

"I am very glad we met Ambassador Aki Kimura-chan, I thank you for your kind word of support concerning the Phantoms. Rest assured we have a large force nearly fully assembled to reclaim Aomari. We will have Aomari back before the week is done. The Phantoms have given us a dent in our administration but the heart of GMG, the miners, remain in full operation. We will rebuild our losses with ease."

"With that in mind, I must return to my people and finnish up the preparations and begin the siege. I wish you well and I hope to meet you again, sayonara Ambassador"

*Raikoke walked back up to the Ambassador and gave a final bow before she turned and left briskly for her ship*

Kusari-Order Meeting 2: - Markus_Janus - 01-29-2009

Masaru Sato sat with his hands clasped the whole time while the representatives from both the GMG and the Order were discussing their respective business.
He was displeased to hear that the GMG would be cutting out Kishiro as the middlemen in their sale of H-Fuel to the Order.
This meant serious losses for Kishiro and his CEO would not be pleased.
For a while he thought about how he would put forward his report to his superiors, to word it in the most optimistic way possible.
He stood up and and began to speak.
Guild Master Raikoke I do hope that considering the talks between Kishiro and the GMG in regards to our shipping your H-Fuel to all the corners of Sirius you have not forgotten about us in regards to these shipments towards the border worlds.
Our trade fleet has always been efficient in the export of your fuel and we have always offered you the fairest prices.

Ambassador Kimura as the leading technological innovator in Kusari and arguably Sirius you will find we have quite the grasp on new technologies as well as new applications for existing technologies.
Our Market Analysis Division has reported that you have quite an extensive understanding of the technologies of the Nomad aliens but I wonder how we would benefit from this.
