Sender: Elaine Dunn, Ironhead Industries Administrator Recipent: Lord Brigadier Sonya Callahan, Privateer Administration||cc Bretonian War Cabinet/BAF/BIS Signal Strength: Good Encrytion: Extreme-YourEyesOnly Good day to you Lord Brigadier Callahan. I have been given your name as a point of contact by a mutual acquaintance of ours, Jack Brown. He has assured me that you have been briefed about the operations that his group, that I am also a part of, launches from this installation. At Ironhead Industries we are currently focused on the research and construction of a wide array of ship born weaponry and static defensive platforms. We have Codenames, Nemp Launchers and bombs in stock as well as are able to construct Cruise Engine inhibitors with in a matter of weeks. We also have inherited a Cloak building factory left here from the previous owners of this station. We are primarily funding this endeavor through mining efforts in the Dublin system. I am sure that you are well aware that the Gallics have pushed into the New London system. We have received verified reports that a Junker installation in our sector, commonly known as Trafalgar Base, has been attacked and rendered inoperable by the Gallics and that a Gallic Battleship, we understand to possibly be the Castres, is patrolling sector 3-C in the vicinity of the Leeds Jump Hole anomaly. Currently, our facility is roughly 10k from Southampton Shipyard. We are well outside the rage of the Shipyards defensive weapons, and have been making plans to evacuate this installation since we do not posses any weapons capable of resisting a Gallic attack. We cannot risk this station falling into Gallic hands. We are working on a few different contingencies, and wanted to asses which of our plans might better fit in with defending the rear sectors of Southampton shipyard and in aiding in the war effort. The options we are considering are as follows. A. We do nothing, and have emergency crews on the ready to evacuate should an attack be eminent. B. We evacuate this facility, destroy it and build another well inside Southampton Shipyard defensive grid, in Sector 4-C. With this option, we would need some help on your end in expediting the approval of building a new installation. C. We strip down this base to a minimum and install as many weapons platform as this bases power grid can handle and spread them out to protect the rear side of Southampton Shipyard. We also install cruise inhibitor platforms, roughly in the area of the now dead Trafalgar Base. With this option, we will still need to build a new installation to carry on our weapons research and production efforts. With option C, we would effectively add another layer of defenses to Southampton Shipyard, and while the base may end up being destroyed it will take many Gallics with it when it goes. With this option we would need assistance in the building of the weapons platforms in the form of shipments of the raw materials need for such platforms. We are of course, very willing to turn part of our already produced weaponry over to the Armed Forces for its proper use in the killing of Frogs. We await your instructions on what options you deem best to undertake, and expect that you understand that we may need some help on your end in cutting through the red tape to get things expedited as well as putting us in contact with available transport companies. The one thing we do have in surplus are Sirian Credits, so any construction to be done can be paid for, without taxing Bretonian coffers. Yours Truly and in service to the realm Elaine Dunn, Administrator of Ironhead Industries ...:::END TRANSMISSION:::...
