My name is Elaine Dunn, I am the administrator of Ironhead Industries a privately owned station a 10k distance from Southampton Shipyard. I am sure that the Congress must be aware of the situation of Trafalgar station.
We find that the actions of the Gallics bastards are horrid and reprehensible. We would like to offer any Junker ship, in good standing with the Bretonian authorities, a safe harbor or port of call at our station. Should you have any ships damaged or crews in need of medical attention we would be glad to be of assistance.
You may use this channel to pass along the Ship names and registrations of any vessel needing help, so that we may add it to our cleared to dock list.
I would like to take this opportunity, to also ask for an audience before the Congress for an Individual I hold in the utmost of trust. This request is to discuss matters best left of off the normal comm channels.

Firstly I want to thank you, the fall of Trafalgar has taken its toll on the morale of Junkers everywhere. From Munich to Puerto Rico, we all are in mourning for the loss of life. Unfortunately, no one survived, and if any did they surely have died...
Three Hundred and Fifty people, all those lives, snuffed out like a candle in a storm. All operations in Bretonia except for military support and humanitarian operations are currently on hold. I can assure you no Junker's under the banner of the Congress are in bad standing in Bretonia, tell your dock masters if you wish all Congress ships are free to dock(.:j:.). We will only seek repairs and refueling.

As for the request, hurt or not, the Congress is still one of the best sources of anything in Sirius. If you need it we can probably get it. So who is this person? What do they need? In the line of work of a Junker, good deeds are paid in return. and after that message I owe you one.

Esteemed Arbiter Rick Altman:
It is with great sadness that we learn of just how many lives were lost on Trafalgar station. I, my self have been displaced from my home planet of Leeds, the devastation there is extensive as I am sure you are well aware off. I would still be fighting along side my comrades in the resistance, buy my injuries no longer allow me to stand on the front lines.
I have given instructions to our Dock Masters to give priority clearance to dock to any ship with the .:j:. call sign. We would request, that considering the circumstance, make sure that no Gallic vessels are within scanner range while doing so. While at the moment we feel that we are to small a target for them to consider, we would not want to give them any excuses to take action against us. Feel free to use our storage bays, medical lab and repair facilities for what ever needs you may have, and worry not about compensation, we will not charge brothers in arms.
Now onto the next item. I would rather keep my associates name of off the comm lines. While we are mostly sure that this communication is secured, we cannot be to careful these days, considering the circumstances. I will say, that it deals with providing you with prototype weaponry in exchange for a number ships you may have in drydock. But, I will leave the details and explanations to him. He is of Libertonian origin who after aiding in the resupply of our resistance cells on Leeds, has joined our cause. He is a man with larger pockets willing to spend them all in the fight against the Gauls.
If you could indicate a when and where he is to meet with the congress, I will make sure that he gets the message and that he arrives with no delay. May you have safe skies and good profits.
