Greetings.

My name is Oswald Mandus and I have contacted you regarding the construction of my base. I plan on building a Gateway base in the Cambridge system and my request was checked and approved by the Bretonian Police Authority. One single problem remains: the positioning of the base. According to the Bretonian Law, all bases built must not be nearer than 10K to existing space installations unless approved by the Bretonian War Cabinet.

My humble request is that you allow me to build my base in orbit of Planet Cambridge. By building my base close to the planet both me and the state of Bretonia will have the following benefits:

1. Easier access to the base for me, merchants and the authority
2. I intend on building weapons platforms to that my base could serve as an additional bastion of defense against Gallic forces
3. If the base is easier to be spotted, the number of merchants will exponentially increase, therefore boosting the profits of Bretonia, profits which will make a difference in the war against Gallia

I would be very grateful if you approved my request of building the base in Orbit of Planet Cambridge.

Hello there!
My name is Ryan Boreal, vice-president of Gateway| Shipping, Inc. I have spoken with Mr. Mandus, and we will be taking him under our wing, as we have seem opportunities in working together on his proposed base. Having said base within 10k of Planet Cambridge would be most useful, as we could then count on the planets defense grid for almost all of our defensive needs, and as such would not need to construct any Weapon Platforms.

Further more, we here at the executive level of Gateway believe that this trade center could be a great boon to the economy of Cambridge, and Bretonia/Snowdown at large, something that cannot be under-estimated with the pressure this war has put upon our House.
