I'd say that I'd miss the last Admiral, despite our usual frictions between each other. But lets just say I hope we both have the best intentions on our mind. Thank you on your previous transmission, I'm taking an insight into this and taking measures to adhere to my judgement that we should not continue negotiations with this Corsair group. But I'm impressed and also appreciative of your approach to this, not only are you attempting to court marshal me or the person responsible towards opening negotiations between the Corsairs.

This has also sparked my interest, are you willing to discuss further about negotiations with what we class as "Special Organisations", please get back to me. If its trust you want, then I'm putting it in your lap that this is kept between us until we can finally come to a promised agreement. If you hear out my reasons, then you'd I'd hope you understand why we hold our reputation as a black agency.

Good, I'll give you the brief overview:

About three years ago before my time within any commanding position, the BDM contacted the defunct crimson cross, a previous governing body of the Maltese territories. They were supplied weapons and munitions with untraceable origins In terms of intelligence on Nomad positions, influence and allowed access within restricted systems for a short amount of time.

I read over these documents and kept contact with the Cross, we made some negotiations that allowed for Cardamine trade to stay out of Rheinland whine enabling a Non-aggression pact between our parties. I've brought up a recent statistic reports with Rheinlands crime and hostilities and concluded this.
-Cardamine usage is low, thanks both to strong education against narcotics use of any sort.
-Acts of piracy and crime have been low within Rheinlands territories along with external acts against Rheinland civilians.
-Current Maltese foreign relations support efforts against the Corsair, GMG, Order and most of Rheinlands Unlawful organisations.

They've previously had talks with the Bundestag and we held a vote recently for a removal as being listed as a enemy of the Republic. The vote came close but due to a stalemate and no majority vote, they are still currently listed as a enemy of the state.

Regardless though, our operations with them carried on within the omicrons and continued communication between them have resulted in a secret deployment of Buro troops and assault craft on an installation in Omicron Beta on a Maltese installation named Catania. Its currently one of our Forward operation bases against the Corsair advance. We've also recently had joint operations against the Corsairs and their Unioner allies, they've been heavily co-operative and our agreements have come to a level of trust. They're a party that have proven themselves useful in combat and logistic scenarios, and are hoping to maintain the peace between them while we continue to rid of the threats and enemies that we both share.

If you're willing to come and at least possibly talk and negotiate with them in person, it would at least be some comfort that we may continue these operations with the trust of yourself.

First, Großadmiral Graf Roland von Tannenberg is in Ruhestand therefore he is no longer the Großadmiral of the Rheinland Military.
Second, Admiral Peter von Braun took over the Oberkommando and is therefore the leader of the Rheinland Military.

The Oberkommando is always interested into getting more forces against the Corsairs in the east and against the Gasminers in the north. So there speaks nothing against a meeting with the local Outcast Forces who are in charge.

The Oberkommando of the Rheinland Military would like to have that meeting on the Schlachtschiff Strausberg with a fix time and date from your side.

I hope that Admiral Peter Von Braun is willing to communicate with them. As you've sent you're agreements up now, I'd hope that we can establish communications as soon as possible, so I've contacted the two parties that I'd think would have the strongest influence over Malta and its people.

The National council of Malta, and the Amalfi Directorate are going to be present at this summit, along with hopefully the Admiral or a high-command representative; I shall also be present at this summit as one of the long term negotiators. Hopefully this will give us the edge we need against enemies that seem to stack so numerous against us. The summit will take place this weekend and probably in the mid-afternoon so we can all get our morning coffees out of the way, people might arrive before then so hopefully we can get off to a quick start to negotiations and a smooth ending to follow.
