Ok. This has been bothering me for months now and I can't get a solid answer about this subject so I'd like to the official take on this.
Are Tags as is: BD| Order| Core| A/) Harpy- [HA] ingRP? I'd seriously like to know, so please enlighten me on this confusing subject.

Tags are ooRP, IFFs are inRP, IDs are debatable.

Tags are a representative of factions, sometimes shortened, such as ours (A/)- ) or just say the name

I don't feel like this is a question with a yes or no answer to be honest, I think its pretty subjective and probably best decided on a per-OF basis.

At least from my experience it's generally used for tracking faction activity in the recent while.

They are inRP
But tags should be oorp tbh.
Wild don't, or shouldn't, blatantly mark who they are.

IFFs are inRP.
Faction tags should be ooRP, as they are required to get activity, but can be played without afterwards.

Tags are at same ooRP and inRP element. ooRP it is required for tracking players and activity.
InRP they may be seen as addition to the id and iff. It gives a specific group a name added to their transponders. However your char should only be aware if he already knows about it or the faction is commonly known inRP wearing it. For example wilde tag stays unknown to you while the LN tag isn't
tl;dr
Make a line between kind of these factions
Public operating
New /unknown contact
Secret operating
Especially Auxesia was a good example how other factions and players abused tag usage/categorizing inRP against them.
