My fellow Officers, crew, familia, hermanos and amigos.
I send this message to you all with a heavy heart...
One of our covert operations has been leaked and the CoE has called me to trail. Along with that, every Apostatas member has been denounced and exiled.

With this I am ordering a full retreat and extraction from Anitkythera and the rest of the Empire. No ship will engage in hostilities or risk the lives of our people. All personnel are to fall back to the marked locations as planned in previous debriefs. General Walker will handle the extraction of our supporters around the Empire. Our Logistics division is to redirect to relief efforts. Food, Water and Oxygen is essential. All ships are to be loaded to the maximum that falls within safety regulations.

I will be attending this trail. I am no coward and I will not hide. I shall be the voice that speaks for all of you and the many that are unable to speak. I will speak for those that have died in the name of the Empire. Those that have been murdered and wronged by the CoE. I am tired of this failed Government and it's lackeys.

Whatever happens do not fall to their boot. Stand up! Stand Strong! We are Apostatas! The first of many! We will pave a way to a new future for the people of the Corsairs. Do not be despaired on this setback as we will rise from this again.

Know whatever happens it has been a tremendous honor to serve with each and every one of you. We knew this day would come and we have tried to prepare for this day. But it has caught us off-guard by how soon it has come. I shall return one way or another and when I do we shall continue our mission.

With this I am promoting my son to Coronel and putting him temporarily on the Council with General Walker. He will assist with the transitioning. To the other Officers of Apostatas. Now is the time to lead your crew and our people.

Be brave and be safe.

With all due respect, this is not a smart move amigo.

You went beyond effort to convince me to pick your side over the Empire's.

From the way you talked about the Council of Elders, they'll brush off anything you'll come up with and execute you.

I've been called a coward by soldiers from all over Sirius for not giving them a chance to pulverize me, this attitude allowed me to live and strike back hard enough to move their asses where their mouth was.

You have a son, is your ego worth turning your son into an orphan?

If not, then screw their rigged trials.

The Pirate Manifesto has a safe haven in Rheinland.

Wasn't Apostatas aiming to bring much needed supplies into the Corsair Empire?

If you allow me to have chat with them, I'll slap them to the reality that if they do not revoke the exile, they will have to explain to the population why the shops on Crete are getting empty again, and that my boys and girls from the Manifesto can make the already dreary situation even worse for them.

But we're getting off point here, I recommend you shove their trail where the sun won't shine.

Gracias for your offer and support. We are honored to have an ally like you.
Our forces are safer in the Cayman system then in Rheinland itself, thus I can not accept your offer. I have promised a ceasefire with Rheinland until the talks are handled. While we believe they have already denied our offer through complete silence, We will keep our word.

We have a plan in place to retreat from Cayman. We would welcome the help of TPM in the moving of ApS personnel and securing of our withdrawal route.

I have given the Court my demands and conditions..if they truly want me to attend it they will comply. If I were to attend the trial I would be doing so to prove that we are civil and that their court is a joke to society. I would be going to speak openly to the Corsair people and the CoE. They will know our intend and I know they will mark me as a traitor. We will make provisions for an escape amigo. I am not planning to be tortured and then be killed in the name of their false justice. No man should stand trial for standing up against piracy.

This is where our interests start to collide amigo.

Some pirate for the thrill of it, but others commit to it because it's what puts food on their plate.

I prohibited my pirates to target Corsair suppliers in exchange for help against the Hessians, so far they haven't seen any of that help that they signed up for.

With that being said, do not count on them to go out of their way helping you if you're going to stand up against piracy.

I will provide security for your ships but chances are there is no one else coming.

I am telling you this as a friend: this is the kind of courage that gets people killed, use whatever time you got left to get as many people away as you can and then make yourself gone, do not attend this trial.
