First, some rumors and then a confirmation from a kusarian came to me that Imperial and Rpublican forces made peace and united under a single banner once again. I am not sure if you are still a Republican entity and how is your stance towards Gallia as of now. However if there are still a chance, the Crayter Republic would like to open diplomatic channels. I, personally would like to commance a metting with Naval Forces Admirals if your stance towards Gallia is rather matching with us.

My name is Satomi Motoyasu, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kusari Empire.

Kusari Empire is not opposed to begin negotiations towards a cease fire with Colonial Republic. Naturally, war reparations would probably be asked, as Colonial Republic was the party beginning this conflict by launching raids against Kusari Empire (See #1 and #2). That being said, your valuable assistance to the forces protecting His Imperial Majesty Kogen Jien, Emperor of House Kusari, during his exile may encourage Kusari Empire to lower said reparations amount to a symbolic token.

Kusari Empire's stance towards House Gallia is that of neutrality, for now. Others priorities must be addressed before House Kusari can consider involvement into another major conflict.

Granted peace negotiations advance favorably, Kusari Empire would not be opposed to some understanding between our armed forces, towards the neutralization of threats such as the Oucasts in Taus systems.

While i wasnt on the kusari front during that time nor held a rather significant position within the military, i can see the situation and our reports seem to admit that. I would like to request that the war reperations be a rather symbolic token due to our long continued assistance to the Emperor. As for Outcast threat, i would gladly cooperate. For rest of the matters like trade i will open the channel to relevant ministers and president herself.

Admiral Richard informed me that he managed to contact your government Minister and there is a positive interest in clearing the relationship between us.
I need to apologize for the delayed answer but there occured some urgent business I had to take care off. But now I am ready to negotiate for a peaceful way between our governments.

The top priority for me and most the government is the safety of our people, which I think will be your interest as well. Civilans or military pilots, both are equally important for the well being of a republic. About the rest we will need to decide.
