To: High Command of the Kusari Naval forces. Good day and Konichiwa, I'm sure that I haven't made my formal introductions as the military allies of the Republic of Kusari yet as the new head of the Rheinland federal intelligence agency, the Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts. I understand that our groups have worked extensively in the past within long range operations and hope to keep up the co-operation in the future and will hopefully be relying on some assistance in the ongoing sigma-situations. Although this is a matter of a different type, we've recently suffered damage to one of our capital patrol vessels in a corsair attack on the opposite front, and we're seemingly unable to rely on the coporations time and time again since they keep pushing our repair and logistical requests further back on the list. Probably for catching them out on white-collar crimes every now and then. It's come to my attention that I must ask the Republic of Kusari for allowed access for our Logistical vessels into the core territories that go beyond our original alliance agreement. I understand the risks this may present but rest assured that I wouldn't violate the trust that Rheinland has worked so hard to form with its fellow Republic allies. If you'd like to hear more about my request, then it be my upmost joy in coming to some arrangement with you. I'd be hoping to hear back from you soon.

RE: To: Kusar Naval Forces, CC: Kusari state police, Kenpeitai || sbjt: Logistics Access - Kusari Uchugun - 03-09-2018 Direktor Enfield Geoff, The Admiralty appreciates you taking the time to introduce yourself as the new head of the Buro Der Marineintelligenz and would like to congratulate you for this advancement. You are most correct stating Kusari Naval Forces and Buro Der Marineintelligenz cooperated closely at several occasions - the last one being a joint operation in the deep Omicrons over a year ago, if memory serves. More recently, Battle-Cruiser Shirayuki was sent to Frankfurt system to offer assistance to House Rheinland Military following the attack on Sigma-13 jump-gate. Encounters with elements belonging to the Buro Der Marineintelligenz during the assignment proved to be - we at least hope so - satisfactorily for both parties.
Sadly, the Admirals circle is afraid to be unable to give a positive answer to your request presently. Allowing a foreign great House Intelligence agency to roam freely in the entirety of House Kusari sovereign space may prove to be too dangerous for House Kusari interests, even if said foreign Houses is maintaining good diplomatic relations with House Kusari. As a middle ground, the Admiralty would be favorable with a temporary allocation of a part of Kazuno Outpost storage space, Sigma 21 system, to the Buro Der Marineintelligenz needs in material produced in House Kusari. Incidentally, The Admiralty is taking advantage of this communication to humbly request information regarding a Rheinlandic citizen allegedly being a former member of your agency and requesting a visa for freedom of movement within House Kusari sovereign space. Respectfully, Office of the Admiralty, Kusari Naval Forces. RE: To: Kusar Naval Forces, CC: Kusari state police, Kenpeitai || sbjt: Logistics Access - Geoffacake - 03-09-2018

To: High Command of the Kusari Naval forces. Good day and Konichiwa, Its unfortunate for myself to hear you say that. But with all due understanding, I know its a sketchy subject to allow foreign intelligence agencies into house space. Although It is pleasing to hear that your offer to open up a depot on Kazuno station. I must decline as it would be a slow and messy process of ordering goods to be constantly delivered. It was my mistake in the last communique that I failed to mention that we were looking for a long term solution as the damaging situation to our capital ship vessel was a wake up call to the current repair, upkeep and logistical problem the Buro is currently facing. On the matters of this subject with this person, "Isabelle Engler" was an ex-recruit within our ranks who seemed to have up't and left operational boundaries without prior notice, formal discharge from the federal agency, screening and vetting nor any government approval for private use of Military technology. Even as Direktor of Das Buro, this is all I can provide. It seems that some rebellious figure thought she'd see more 'action' within the agency and seemed to be a little pet-peeved that this wasn't true. As a request, I'd like you to arrest this figure and confiscate her equipment and arms and prepare her and said equipment for deportation back into the Federal Republic of Rheinland. I don't take too kindly to having what little equipment we can maintain being stolen, I can assure you... Its not an 'old' model of the fighter either, its a recently issued version that she obtained with us. As you've noticed, we struggle to keep whats working fixed and we need every last bit we can hold onto. Its good to be working with you, Sayonara and good day.
