As an anticipation I may present myself as the Captain of Bretonian Armed forces on the York's fleet, Noa Jefferson. The other trader, "Avgur Ibraltasa", in the other hand , was hauling nuclear devices. Wasn't even enough time to scan it, when the stationary self defensive system tragically shoot him down.

Mr. Miles then invested in the explication of the Bretonia's lawfully restricted Goods [x] to the hauler, Mr. Gage, who was seemingly unpleasant and defending his point at all cost, by adding that Leeds needs armament for them Marines. As the tense situation persisted, Leutenant Y'berg and Commander Sid Fire showed up for an assistance. The policemen stood appart, the situation was under BAF's hands. As an adding, the leutenant followed my instructions on taking off the traders' shields in some critically tense situation. Overall, though, the occourance was stabilized.

Resolution:

As the highest ranked vessel, I took the initiative to otorgate Mr. Gage the provisional license on carrying munitions, consequently paying the 10.000.000 SCR for it, in addition of 1.000.000 for each One thousand units of cargo per penalty.

Afterwards we've escorted the hauler to Leeds system via Jump Hole, Mss. Y'Berg on the lead, meanwhile Sid Fire interrogated the respective man in order to find out if the units were in fact being brought to the dark side of Leeds' planet.

Leaving the case of Mr. Gage on your trustful hands, we might as well proceed to transfer the license payment over one other channel, so I'll be waiting for your response.
